GoogleThe worst letting agency have ever bn in existence, rented for 3 yrs , not a single thing I reported bn done , some were serious, developed a chest pain due to mold and roof leaks and then the took have of my deposit just for a tiny carpet stain and matress removal , I hope u spend my money in hospital, scammers!!! * I have no idea were those good reviews come from ??? Might be just me .

GoogleAbsolutely awful had a tenancy of 18 months within the 1st month complained about mold it never got seen to made a complaint about a broken sink within the same month also no response. Ended up having to fix it myself. Eventually had a fire due to a faulty toaster while at work and they had no consideration for my situation. Didn't help move me elsewhere other than asking for a ridiculous amount of money within 3 days in order to move into an apartment 2 floors up and would use my current rent I had paid for the next month or the deposit they are still holding onto.

GoogleRented a flat with Leef. Once the tenancy ended, I arranged for the place to be professionally cleaned, resulting in an immaculate flat and much cleaner than when I moved in. Was then surprised to have some of my deposit withheld with the reason that it was to cover removal of rubbish, light cleaning and repainting. Tried to contact the property manager to understand the reasons, however they refused to enter dialogue with me. Now waiting for an adjudicator to make an assessment in an effort to be reimbursed my deposit.

GoogleIf only there was an option for 0 star… Rented with them and honestly was a mistake, the application start is okay. Once you have reached the maintenance issue, it is another story. My partner and I experienced many issues, reported them, took more than a month to get a response, got sent a contractor and no improvements. Water leaks happens again and they don’t even care to sort the issues out, all they care is that the money they get. Stay away from this agency

GoogleAfter viewing an advert on Rightmove, booked into view an apartment at short notice with Claire Graham in Warrington. Claire was very helpful and explain in details my options, had no choice but to put down a deposit on the flat as I couldn't say no to it. Ask for Claire when booking in for a viewing!

Carol, Suzanne and Leanne have worked efficiently, to allow me to move into the property as quickly as possible, and Carol was exceptionally great because she offered to come outside of working hours to allow me to move on to the property. GoogleOnly good experience I had with Leef was moving out. It was efficient, well explained and the documentation they sent out to prepare for this was incredibly useful and I received my whole deposit back. The agent who came out was personable. Some issues during my tenancy: 1. They forgot about my move in date when I started my tenancy. They stated it was a glitch in the system, which was likely untrue as they themselves unilaterally changed the move in date to that date, and I called the agent to confirm the second date prior to the day. Thankfully the 3rd appointment was kept. 2. The washing machine leaked, and they refused to assist in repairs - I had to pay for this out of pocket. I ended up paying for white good insurance as I knew I could not rely on them to manage this. 3. They are uncontactable over the phone, and if you do get through to someone, I found that they were short and sometimes rude. 4. It took months for them to organise for the flat to have blinds, I was stuck with newspaper on the windows for a considerable amount of time, despite being assured these would be installed before I moved in. There may have been more issues, but this is all that immediately comes to mind. I hope future potential tenants have a better experience.

GoogleLetting Consultant Emily Lord helped me renew a rental contract recently, she suggested to increase 14.6% in line with the market to protect my benefit, while I viewed it higher than my expectation, reduced a few percentage and she followed. At the end, she took a week to complete the renewal with the current tenant. I am overall satisfactory to her timely response and action to follow through the whole process.
