I canβt believe that these people will be nice till you sign the contract and get you in and then, you donβt know how to start the heater, donβt know how start the ovenβ¦ They are supposed to teach the tenant about how everything works and where is everything but when I called she said search it on googleππ€·π»ββοΈ It will take extra time to stand at the door of thebuilding and ask people who live in the same building π₯²π₯²

GoogleTerrible service provided. 0 Customer orientation skills, had to chase them with pretty much everything. Not sure why they charge application fee if without constant reminders nothing would be ready on time. Lots of e-mails wouldn never get an answer if not being chased, accountant provided me with wrong acc number... If you have any other possibility get as far away from them as possible. For management - you should probably consider either trainings for your people in order to ensure you are able to provide better service. Personally - I was very disappointed.

We were unable to move you in on the day due to your plane being delayed to outside of our working hours, which was unfortunate. I initially engaged with Leef Properties when securing my flat, and the experience was surprisingly positive. The team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and ensuring a smooth transition into my new home. However, my subsequent interactions have left me disappointed and frustrated.Since moving in, attempts to contact Leef Properties through emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is concerning and leaves me feeling neglected as a tenant. Communication is crucial in any customer-service-oriented industry, and the current disconnect is disheartening.On the rare occasions when I manage to connect with someone over the phone, the experience is far from pleasant. Instead of the helpful and accommodating attitude I experienced during my initial interactions, I'm now treated as if I'm inconveniencing the staff. This shift in demeanor is both surprising and disappointing.

GoogleI only have good things to say about Leaf Properties. They have been amazing. Since buying my first property, they have made the process stress-free, and have always given a great service. I have had a lot of contact with Vikki Denis - who has been a star. She replies to emails in a very timely manner, and has always gone above and beyond. Her polite and professional mannerisms have been greatly appreciated.

GoogleHave worked with leef for a good few years now, and have been really impressed with the company and the property managers- most notably Nathan and Vikki. They are super prompt and direct at fixing maintenance issues- also very thorough with tenants issues when moving Into properties, when this can be a very stresssfull time All in all leef is run from the top in a proffesional manner, and credit where credit is due to this company.
