GoogleI have lived at Castleview house for 5 months any problems that I have encountered I have always been able to contact Claire at any time including out of hours. Claire is really friendly, approachable and professional at all times. She is knowledgable about the site and always around if we need her. I’d highly recommend that you ask for Claire if you need any assistance. Thanks again Claire

GoogleLeef property are a joke i had damp and mould and wood rot in the property and windows not opening for over 3 years not fixed once putting rent up all the time not fixing issues then don't give you your bond back when you leave shocking company will never use them again and I wouldn't recommended anyone renting from them they will do you over

GoogleHow these people rent properties I have no idea. Only one person answering the phone and they leave you on hold for 20 minutes after contacting them multiple times through emails, messages and enquiries. Never had such poor service from a letting agent.

Leef Property Management is a complete fraud. They fail to fulfil their commitments to tenants. After signing the contract, they stop responding to emails and calls. They are the worst property management company in the UK. I have dealt with other property management companies, but they are fraudulent towards landlords. They do not provide adequate services to tenants, which is why tenants vacate the properties within one or two months.Specifically, their employee, Callum Morris, is irresponsible. He fails to understand that if tenant issues aren't resolved, they will leave the property. As a result, landlords end up suffering financially due to empty pockets.In short, avoid dealing with Leef Property if you want to keep your pockets full.

GoogleI had a bad experience from this letting agency and poor customer service. They led us pay the holding deposit before sending the terms and conditions form. Usually in every other company first we read all the terms and conditions then only we sign and pay the amount here it is the opposite. I had the worst experience in my life with this agency. I haven't withdrawn the application and they itself canceled it not giving the holding deposit back. The reason that they are saying is it is in the terms and conditions form how will I know if I paid the amount first and then receiving the terms and conditions form to sign? I don't recommend this letting agency if you need a property with trust!!!

GoogleA disgusting, shocking experience speaking with a customer service adviser today. I asked for the size of a property and was told no we don't do that. They won't even ask the landlord, it would take 2 minutes to make a request and won't put me through to the manager. I was told "no, thank you and goodbye" twice so will be taking this further. What's the point of me coming in for a viewing and wasting everybody's time if the property may not even be suitable for me? I just contacted your competitor and not only did they provide me with the size of the property I arranged to view, but offered to contact me with any other suitable options too. You clearly have a lot to learn.

GoogleI had an incredibly disappointing experience with Leef Properties Letting Agency. From start to finish, their service was subpar and unprofessional. Here are the key issues: 1. **Communication**: The agency's communication was abysmal. They rarely responded to emails or phone calls promptly. When they did, it felt like pulling teeth to get any useful information. 2. **Property Maintenance**: The property they rented to me was in terrible condition. Despite promises of regular maintenance, I encountered leaky faucets, broken appliances, and mold issues. It was clear they didn't care about the well-being of their tenants. 3. **Unprofessional Staff**: The staff lacked basic professionalism. Rude behavior, dismissive attitudes, and a lack of empathy were the norm. It felt like dealing with amateurs who had no idea how to run a letting agency. 4. **Deposit Return Nightmare**: When I moved out, the agency made the process of getting my deposit back a nightmare. They nitpicked minor issues and deducted unreasonable amounts. It took weeks of back-and-forth to finally receive a fraction of what I was owed. In summary, avoid Leef Properties Letting Agency at all costs. They prioritize profit over tenant satisfaction, and their lack of integrity is appalling. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable agency.

Leef had been managing my property for several years. Sadly my tenant started missing payments, this was because of a leak that Led took 4 months to rectify. In the end I took over all repairs and got it fixed. Due to Leef, I was not paid by the tenant for 5 months, so am hugely out of pocket. I asked for my DPS deposit back in December and have heard nothing from them. I emailed them today and have been told I’ll probably never see that again. They have taken no responsibility for this and refused any compensation.I’ve been totally let down by them. Save yourself, I advise you to look elsewhere

GoogleMy partner and I met with Heather today from Leef Property group. What a fantastically welcoming and funny woman. She was incredibly knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to be around. A credit to the company for sure 🙂 The apartments seemed spacious and clean with plenty of good quality, built-in appliances. The company appears to be transparent and honest, not taking advantage of tenants with ridiculous deposits and complicated contracts. We hope to be living here very soon 🙏
