I want to share my bad experience with Leef Property. I dealt with them for a year, and once the tenancy ended, they refused to return my deposit. They kept giving excuses and unrelated reasons to hold it back.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional and dishonest members of staff. Liberty and Nathan have consistently avoided all correspondence. My family and I were left homeless as a result of Leef Properties. We were left to live in a inhabitable environment and they continued to demand rent without fixing any of the problems. They don't care about tenants, all they prioritise is money. They do not follow policies and procedures. They also lie and fabricate evidence to steal your money. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. Please do your research before you take up a tenancy with them. Read Trust Pilot and All agents reviews. Document and take pictures of everything. If you are experiencing any difficulties with them, report them to the right agencies.

GoogleIf I could rate it 0 stars I would. Me and my partner applied for a property which was under leef property. To our dismay, as we had contact underway with a lovely property well within our budget, we were then put through to the Area Manager for Yorkshire who is Sarah, who then blocked us immediately without a single word or a trace. Highly unprofessional and very rude which is a testament to her unjustified ego. Do not go near this embarrassing company and avoid at all costs

GoogleI dealt with Claire when applying for a property in Eastham, and from the onset she was friendly, knowledge, and the epitome of professionalism. My wife and I are thrilled with our new apartment and we couldn’t have got anywhere without Claire’s help, or Charlotte in the office!

GoogleClaire was amazing the way she dealt with my son moving into his first property. A few issues but Claire had these all sorted on the day and even followed up with a quick check to ensure everything was done. Can not fault the service and my son is now happily settled in his own place for Christmas. Thank you Claire and all at Leef for an efficient and understanding service.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID Save yourself from trouble and avoid them . I had a horrible experience with them throughout my tenanacy where leak and mould happened at least every month (from the apartment upstairs) and they take no action but only on the last month rent as it happened every single day!! but it was nothing as again, it still happened ! i have got an infection from it still doesn’t change their mind of taking an action. it was basically a robbery of monthly rent where i had to suffer from this all the time! they barely response to your email, but are so quick when it comes to rent and tenancy renewal. A lesson to never RENT with them, ESPECIALLY if it’s a basement property . Avoid !! (I’m telling you, it’s a warning and please trust many many 1 start reviews!)

GoogleAvoid at all costs. We had a very negative experience as the company is impossible to communicate with. They were only easy to contact until they received a holding fee from us. After this, they moved our move-in date to a month later than what they initially promised, leaving us at risk of having nowhere to stay for a month. They didn't even warn us about this delay, we found out by chance when we complained about their failure to show up for an arranged meeting to pick our flat. They would take 3+ weeks to reply even to basic questions via email and reaching them by phone was nearly impossible. Even when we did get an email response, this would be brief, repeat what they'd already said before, and ignore most of our questions or concerns. Eventually, we ended up renting another flat with another company, as they took so long to reply that we assumed we'd been abandoned. We asked for our holding fee to bereturned event as Leef failed to provide accommodation at the required date and ghosted us for weeks, but of course, they never replied.

Unprofessional and Unreliable Letting AgencyI regret to say that my experience with Leef property Management has been overwhelmingly negative. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism and poor communication has caused significant stress and ultimately left us homeless.Firstly, the communication from the agency was abysmal. Our emails and calls often went unanswered for days, if they were answered at all. Important information was either not communicated or was conveyed inaccurately, which severely hampered our ability to make informed decisions.Secondly, the staff we interacted with were consistently rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions, we were spoken to in a condescending manner, and our concerns were brushed aside as if they were unimportant. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially from a service provider.Worst of all, we were misled about the status and availability of the property we intended to rent. We were assured that everything was in order, only to find out at the last minute that the property was no longer available, with no suitable alternatives offered. This left us scrambling to find temporary accommodation, resulting in unexpected expenses and significant distress.I would strongly advise against using Leef property Management. Their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and lack of accountability have had severe repercussions on our lives. If you're looking for a reliable and respectful letting agency, look elsewhere.
