My experience with this company has been totally negative.The customer service is very poor. Faults reported have been ignored. Tried numerous times to contact them, all my emails have been ignored, the office phone number is constantly "experiencing high call volume", it is impossible to get through; the agent who is responsible for my son's flat appears to block my mobile.I do not recommend this company to anyone who wish to rent a property from them.

I have been requested to view several time one of the property 3 weeks ago.I still haven’t got any appointment and ai was on phone with one of the agent 2 weeks ago. She said I will get the appointent and one of the agent will be touch with you as soon as possible. I understood. I have requested to view the property over the weekend and I have got the option to have loook but nobody emailed back. Basically I have been on phone with agent again and she said the same things and she is put the phone down to me. It was rude ! I dont know why is on property website if the client cant even check the property.

GoogleI have rented through this company for a number of years now and have had some significant problems with the plumbing, not the fault of the company or the landlord at all. However, it was proving very difficult to do anything about this until Vikki Dennis got on the case, and together with our lovely Landlord Adrian - who has been most responsive - we have finally found a fix for the problem, that everybody else had told us was impossible. Full marks to Vikki and Adrian for top communication, great and friendly customer service, and most importantly a resolution to the plumbing problem which had meant that the bathroom was nicely unusable!

GoogleI met Mo and she was lovely. I explained that I was worrying about the inspection thinking if my house was a mess they would complain about me. She reassured me that everything was fine and referred to my house as “immaculate and very homely” which was nice to hear. She was super friendly and chatty in a good way, and any issues I had that haven’t been resolved she made sure to document them and get them sorted. Really great review all round.

Had a viewing with Heather a few weeks ago, it was brilliant. She made myself and my partner feel at ease and answered all of our questions as best as she could. She got to know us and took the time to stay in contact with us during the application stage. We are pleased to say we have now got the apartment and excited to see what the future holds. GoogleI initially had a positive experience, but my time after moving in has been disappointing. The response time to my concerns has been slow, and my property manager often fails to follow up on issues I’ve raised. Additionally, the facility manager rarely replies to emails, making communication frustrating. I also encountered unprofessionalism from the receptionist at their headquarters in Warrington. Overall, the lack of timely responses and effective communication has been quite unsatisfactory.

I had the absolute misfortune of dealing with Leef Management, and I can confidently say they are the most unprofessional, and dishonest company I have ever encountered. From the beginning, their lack of communication and blatant lies were astonishing. They promised to resolve issues quickly but never followed through, leaving me in the dark and frustrated.Maintenance requests were ignored, and when they did respond, it was with substandard work. Their staff seemed uninterested and untrained, adding to the chaos and confusion.The final straw was when they outright stole most of my deposit. Despite the property being left in immaculate condition, they concocted false claims and refused to return my money. Their deceitful and thieving behavior is appalling.Avoid Leef Properties at all costs if you value your sanity and your money. They are nothing but liars and thieves who will make your life a nightmare.

My partner and I are looking to move and out of all the agencies we requested viewings with, Leef were actually the only one to have responded (albeit after over a week). We had a viewing of a flat with Mo, and when that one didn't feel like it would suit our needs that well, we were able to very promptly arrange a viewing of another flat in the same building. Mo was very professional and quick to communicate. Now we keep our fingers crossed that we get it!

GoogleI had an awesome experience with Leef Properties Management. Claire and Suzanne made it really easy for me to get an apartment even though I was overseas and everything had to be done by mail. They were always nice and answered quickly. On the day I got my keys, Claire made sure I was comfortable and everything worked in the apartment and answered really quickly, when I had a problem.
