GoogleThere were some worries in the beginning with unforeseen circumstances and a lack of communication when it came to maintenance however Kelly was always kind and responsive when answering all my questions (even when she didn’t need to) so thank you Kelly for being so patient and caring. I really appreciate it!

GoogleMy experience with staff from Leef Properties has been nothing short of amazing throughout our tenancy. I have had personal interactions with Liberty and Victoria and they were always very friendly, helpful and responsive to all my emails. They are a fantastic bunch!

Worst agency we have dealt with. I would warn all people off looking to rent with leef (read all 1 stars before going ahead) and warn landlords that if your property is not rented out in a reasonable time it is because of the terrible agents.Odd that they expect you to pay the holding fee before any terms and conditions are sent & signed and then the terms and conditions say it is non-refundable once they send them. 🚩Wanted full rent and deposit upfront because of being a student in a student and working professional couple household, didn't even bother to properly put a guarantor through referencing and wanted the sensitive info sent over by email instead of through a tenancy portal, we were willing to send the money but as they kept expecting the money before we had a legal contract enclosing the 12 months rent was being paid in full, we refused. Impossible to contact or get in contact with in a reasonable time.🚩 Many false promises made by different agents about a move in date and when they would ring back, just to get us to apply and to stick with them, receptionist is horribly rude to everyone who we know called up and often refuses to pass you on or lies that they have left a message. The awful agent who was dealing with the property asked us to send almost 13k total upfront without a contract and saying to send it today & then the next day being told SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE ONLY AFTER WE RANG UP 3PM THE FOLLOWING DAY TO CHASE UP??? spelling mistakes in emails, no email signature sign off at the end of half of the emails and to top it off, the emails end with a message that basically says don't take anything said in emails to be legally binding, so imagine if we sent the years rent before signing a contract like they wanted, very off. I seriously suggest the company change to actually being accessible by phone and email. Can you imagine the nightmare to contact them if there was an issue if this is how they behave when they are trying to get a tenant in!

GoogleEmily Lord is a great contact at Leef and always makes time no matter the issue. I am very pleased with Emily's professionalism and friendliness making me feel valued as a tenant. Emily goes the extra mile in helping to resolve anything whatsoever and acts promptly and efficiently. Emily makes me feel comfortable dealing with Leef and as a result I hope there will be further opportunities to work together with her and Leef in future.

GoogleUnlike other agencies, Leef moves very quickly to re-let a vacated flat. Throughout the process, Vikki has been very helpful and often communicated so I was well aware of status. She not only agreed a move in date with the new tenant, but also organised redecorating and cleaning. Superb.

GoogleSince being with Leef Properties and living in Castleview house I have mainly dealt with Claire who has been absolutely superb in every instance. She has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions and can not be faulted, although there has been a couple of issues at the building Claire is always reachable if there is a problem and is always willing to do what she can to rectify any given situation.

Googlenice fake 5* reviews. worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. Unhelpful receptionist. Non-existent letting agent (5 weeks with bare minimal emails and 0 phone calls) Kept on coming up with excuses to not let me sign for the keys, even after I paid 750 as deposit. Asked for refund and next day had phone call from "Craig" saying I could move straight into property even though I had already had the deposit refunded (quite surprised I got it same day tbh). Told him no, I was looking elsewhere. would be 0 stars but that is not possible.

GoogleAwful experience in maintenance. Issues I reported months ago are yet to be resolved. I sent at least five chasers if not more, to which I rarely got a reply. The most recent reply I did get was just a confirmation of reception of one of the several issues I reported. Still no sign as to whether anything will be resolved. I advise you avoid this letting agency if you can. Update: after months was told a contractor would contact me and attend at the end of the week (July 9). It is now 26 July. No contact. No attendance. I’m convinced they’re just waiting for me to move out.

I just rented a property from the leef properties and the experience is better than I expected after dealing with so many estate agent in the journey of searching my next home. Heather gave me a nice first impressions of the company when showing me around by the property and I can totally feel her enthusiasm, she also keeps her promise sent me the video of the other property as soon as she got the key for that (which is very impressive to me). The application and handover process was quite smooth, and I'm loving my new home! I have had any maintenance required for my property yet, so so far so good
