GoogleCharlotte was our lead agent. We were kept informed from start to end and she answered all of our questions. Amazing customer service and has definitely made the process of relocating to another city a lot easier. The whole process was really straight forward. Charlotte was really helpful and replied really quickly to any queries. I would definitely recommend leef properties.

GoogleThe property management company will not even work on a emergency issue in two weeks, when ever a issue is reported, the update from their side will be awaiting response from Landlord. Is it not their responsibility to follow up with landlord for quick fix.
I have raised a issue for heating not working on Dec 15 and still no response from Leaf property group for two weeks. Even after calling multiple times to be noted.
Another issue raised for Kitchen tap leaking and water all over place, No response for two weeks.
Please avoid at all cost, right after you move in they will not bother to attend any issues as long as you pay rent, they will not contact you.

GoogleWe’ve been renting a new-build house managed by Leef for several months now, and it’s been a complete disaster. The heating has never worked since we moved in (reported in early September), and despite endless attempts to get them to fix it, we’ve been ignored, lied to, and dismissed at every step. We live in the very north of England, where temperatures have dropped as low as -8°C, and it took two whole months of begging and involvement from the council just to get some cheap electric heaters.
The communication with Leef has been abysmal. After reporting the heating issue (and a leaking sink, which still hasn’t been fixed), we got zero responses via their platform or direct emails. When I tried calling, the receptionist was shockingly rude and hostile, despite me asking simple, polite questions like whether there was an emergency contact (there is not). The phone call lasted less than a minute before I had to hang up because I was being screamed at. It was completely unprovoked, she clearly didn’t want to deal with us, especially since it was 4:30 on a Friday.
To make matters worse, Leef has completely ghosted us and the council. The council issued an improvement notice, which Leef has ignored since early December. Repairs are never completed; they just keep setting fake repair dates that waste our time and money. We’ve taken time off work, rearranged schedules, and even had relatives step in to wait for contractors who never show up. It’s a blatant pattern of neglect, and the house is rapidly becoming unlivable. We now have mould from the leak, skyrocketing electricity bills because of the heaters, and no hope of a resolution.
The worst part? They pressured us to leave a good review when we signed the lease to hide their awful track record. Don’t fall for it. If anything goes wrong with the property, you will be ignored, ghosted, and treated like garbage.
Please, for your sanity, do not rent with Leef Property Management. They don’t care about their tenants, they don’t do repairs, and they’ll leave you freezing in winter without a second thought. Avoid them at all costs.

GoogleIf you are a prospective tenant AVOID this property rental company. I was a tenant with this company and had a terrible service.
Whilst Leef does provide time-saving online forms to simplify the rental application process, my experience of being a tenant has been awful.
They did not provide any help or guidance regarding who the previous energy suppliers were. This led to me taking out a 12 month mobile WiFi contract only to later find out the building itself provides free WiFi to all tenants. They strongly deny knowledge of this, however I find this impossible to believe. I was then left to discover that a completely different company maintains the building, and through liaising with them I could have up to date electricity meter readings. Again, they denied knowledge of this which I do not believe considering the company that maintains the building is the same one that constructed it.
They were slow to reply to important emails. There was no support with moving into the property, such as a property handbook, or basic instruction about the property I was renting. I was then forced to pay an extra month's rent because they had made my contract a rolling contract without informing me, when I clearly explained prior that it was for 12 months use. I had a broken light unit that was never repaired throughout my time at the property, despite being listed as broken on the inventory.
I have much experience with various rental companies and I know that this treatment is not acceptable and below standard care of rental companies. I'm happy to say I am with a much better company now who has shown how easy it is to provide these clear instructions.
My overall impression is that this company is very much geared up to please their landlord clients, but has no respect or duty of care for their tenants.

GoogleLeef Properties what a amazing company that's why they get my 5 stars but I'd like to double that for the amazing staff. The call handlers when ringing in so polite always happy to help the best they can. I started my experience with meeting Stuat who showed me around the flats that where up to rent 1st a 1 bedroom what was nice then a 2 bedroom what was well amazing I'd already moved in before I was excited.
And now Suzanne she was my go to person emails answered and sorted in the same day anything I wanted to know or anything about the flat on how its was going for me to move in she did what she does best and works her hardest to get you in there asap.
A massive thank you to you all for my wonderful experience with you all and for getting my flat ready for me to move in to
Thank you Thank you Thank you

GoogleI've been renting with Leef for nearly 3 years and I've always found their service great and the response time when I contact them is really quick. I've been particularly impressed when it came to my recent tenancy renewal as I had to change from having a guarantor to having the tenancy completely in my name. Suzanne was on the ball and case-managed my entire application from start to finish and her ownership and speediness made this stress free and simple.

GoogleThe attitude here stinks. If you report issues to be resolved, nothing gets done for weeks. If you contact your property manager, they don't respond for weeks. If you contact Reception and explain the situation، you're told that you're repeating yourself and that you have an attitude (ironic, considering that has to be the most poorly-mannered receptionist I've ever spoken to - can't even say "hello you're through to reception", just "hello leef properties" and expects you to know you're speaking to Reception when you're trying to communicate your issues). This is the most pathetic service I have ever had the displeasure of NOT receiving. Small wonder other tenants are leaving the property. I expect this review will change nothing, but I sincerely hope it serves as a warning to any landlord or tenant who signs on with Leef.

GoogleSave yourself the stress and frustration and go with another letting agency. They are fine in the beginning, but once the contract is signed good luck getting a response from anyone afterwards. It is so difficult to get through to our Property Manager. The alarm is going off due to a power outage. Wasn't even aware there was an alarm in the property and neither were they. Tried to call her and I'm unable to get through despite their own phone line recommending you to directly contact your Manager.

GoogleKaye has been AMAZING throughout. Nothing has been any trouble and even checking in after the move. An absolute credit as an employee of Leef.
If the ref of the Leef staff were as helpful and compassionate as Kaye then the whole process would be a breeze.

She was very friendly and communicative, always came up with some quite good suggestions whenever asked. As well, also wanted to appreciate Kelly Nolan for her help throughout my application and moving-in process.
Cheers
