GoogleI wanted to pass on my thanks to Ashtons in Padgate and to their Manager Victoria Eeles in particular. I needed a house valuation on a family member's behalf for probate purposes. Victoria visited the house and provided a written valuation within a few days of my call. In view of our circumstances, she also agreed to waive their usual valuation fee. So a big "Thank You" to all concerned for this very kind gesture. It is much appreciated.

GoogleCouldn't fault service, from valuation to sale of house, all went very smoothly and very quickly! Sold within a week! Staff wonderful (Victoria, Leanne and Sophie), very friendly, helpful and efficient. Also sold house at Ashtons in Culcheth at the same time and would highly recommend their estate agency services. Allowed us to buy the wonderful house we are in now! Thank you!

GoogleAbsolutely phenomenal service. Walked into Ashton's like a lost sheep desperately needing to rent a flat and we had no clue what to look for. We sat down with a staff member called Toni and she helped us through everything, explaining what we should be looking for, which areas were best and what we would get for our money. She was incredibly professional but also a pleasure to talk to. We have now moved into our own house after living happily for 2 years in the flat Toni found for us and for the last 2 years nothing has been too much trouble for her, if we needed any advice, she was just a phonecall away and happy to help. We popped down to the office a few times during our time with Ashton's and Toni would always make time for us, even giving us honest advice on what to look for when we were searching for our house. GoogleReally disappointed with the service and performance. I was a landlord with a fully managed let for the last 2 years. Paid up 10%of the rent for this service and the tenant left the property is horrible situation (even after the pre check out warnings) No one picks up the call on Fridays . No response to emails for weeks. I have been chasing re-let for last 10 days but no conclusive response. I was assured the tenant was secured and we were rushed to get the property back in “stable condition” ( which costed us more than 1500 pounds) with loss of rent for 3 weeks. Finally I am told today that the tenant is not interested and has taken another property My deposit is stuck with no progress as well. All in all I have lost £4500 (2500 for management services + 1000 rent + 1000 repairs ) Never never go for this letting agents 😡😡
