GoogleI would like to thank all the staff at Ashtons Estate Agency. They delivered a professional service from start to finish. They sold the property with out any issues and adopted a client centred approach throughout the process.

GoogleReally nice agents here. Listened to what I needed, Made good suggestions, prices were reasonable compared to others. They have an independent mortgage advisor based here again with competitive rates. I'd recommend him to anyone who is starting off with buying their first house. They were all so helpful. Only fault I had was with their recommended conveyancing suggestion which I would not be using again.

GoogleAshtons staff themselves try to be helpful. However, their Goodlords portal (Middle man) is a piss take. Keep asking for more information and proof, even after having the answers. They unnecessarily draw out the process. You are unable to change YOUR OWN details. Data protection??? Nonsense. Won't even try to let from them again.

GoogleVery very poor agency and service. Called numerous times and emailed regarding a property I was interested in. Was told someone would get back to me and no one ever did. It seems like now they cant charge agency admin fees they are no longer interested in customer service or work. Very poor! Do not reccomend.
