Absolute joke the letting department is at the Padgate store, I found a house that landlord let me view she agreed I could have the house she just explained that I had do credit checks with astons which I did do so everything came back good so was waiting for tenacy agreement come threw I paid a holding fee which hasn't been refunded yet which was supposed to refunded yesterday Monday when they agreed cause theses decided that landlord or what ever there is excuses is to pull my application out absolute joke that was my dream home had my heart set on that house for my children I'm more beyond fuming and expect my money back today!!!

Having met two super knowledgable ladies, Sophie and Leanne, and after a particularly drawn out sale of a house, that fell though twice, we competed on third offer. Professional through out and knowing the market in the area and the fluctuations in these uncertain times, I had full trust in them and the service. Nothing was too much trouble and I have no hesitations in highly recommending Leanne, Sophie and Ashtons at warrington!! Worth every penny :0)

Unprofessional estate agency in town. they did let me down after the offer was accepted and the process of mortgage/exchange of contract was in place, given a stupid reason as the vendor can't wait long, if the processing timescale in place there is nothing anyone can do... WASTED MY TIME, FEE FOR MORTGAGE BROKER, SURVEY, SOLICTOR... VERY DISAPPOINTED

Called in today to express my concern about a photo they were using for advertising in their window. It was of a dog that had been mutilated. It had had it's ears cut off, usually done without anesthetic, a vile cruel and unbelievably painful practice that is rightly BANNED in this country! This image must have just been plucked at random from the internet. I told them it was irresponsible to show such an image as it promotes cruelty to animals. The woman I spoke to about this seemed as if she could not care less. I was disgusted by the way I was treated, and the 'so what?' attitude.

My ‘Go to Estate Agent’ of choice. I have used Padagate Ashton’s for selling a few houses. At one time I would get out a few agents to do a market appraisal. I don’t bother now, I just contact Ashton’s in the first instance. The team Leanne, Victoria and Sophie are very approachable and extremely proactive. Ashtons always go that extra mile with fantastic customer service from all the staff. The market is awash with estate agents and anyone can advertise a house for sale online and do viewings. However, it is about validating the offer and then the focus is on the after sales and the knowledge and experience of how to deal with solicitors and issues that arise from surveys. The Ashtons team excel at this and getting the sales over the line quickly with a minimum amount of fuss.

If i could give Ashtons Padgate 10 stars i would. Very professional, staff very cheery and very helpful. Always keep in touch with any developments on sales, viewings or new properties that come on the market. Staff always turned up on time if they were doing the viewings, always answered the questions honestly, if they wernet sure of anything and had to go to the vendor they always got back to me as soon as they knew the answer. Always on hand to answer any queries you may have. Very reliable company and i would 100% recommend that you use them if you are selling your house. (Ashton's sold ours in approx 3-4 weeks) would definately use them again in the future if we were to sell again. Thanks guys!
