Whilst I received a top professional service and a VIP treatment by Mark Brown, I wasted a lot of time making an offer for a property, only to be told the vendor does not wish to sell afterall. Despite this, the property is still featured on the company's website and on Rightmove. I find this very unprofessional behaviour for a company that claims to be respectable.

These guys are not just head and shoulders above the rest of the Ware agents, they are in a league of their own. They consult their brains before their computers as they have a running mental database of sellers and buyers on their books. Within 48 hours of enquiring about marketing our home they had five viewings set up and one of those yielded an offer which subsequently led to a completed sale four months later. When we had to pull out of our initial planned purchase they quickly identified that a property that they had just taken on would match our particular needs. They demonstrated their willingness to go the extra mile on moving day when our choice of completion date unfortunately clashed with our road being fully resurfaced (something we discovered one hour after exchange of contracts!) which held up the removal process. As well as liaising with our buyers (who were not immediately moving their belongings in) to allow an extension on the time of vacating the property Elliot changed into a pair of jeans and helped to shift boxes, bags and various paraphernalia into our hire van!
