GoogleMy experience to date with Elliot Heath has been a pleasure. The process of house-hunting can be stressful, and when dealing with multiple agents the good ones really rise to the top! I have viewed properties with Elliot, Rikki and George and found them to be knowledgable, engaged, honest and generous with their time. They understand the market, and crucially understand Social Media and the power of using those tools in conjunction with the more traditional routes taken by some of the other agents. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services based on my experience to date, whether it be for buying or selling.

GoogleRicky & Elliot were fantastic when acting for us in the sale of our property. They marketed our property expertly and found us a buyer very quickly. When this first sale fell through and our onward purchase looked precarious they upped their efforts and found us another buyer within a week. They also assisted us with chasing down the upward chain of 5 in our purchase. Excellent work guys. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell and buy in Ware and they would always be my first port of call for further house purchases.
