I would whole-heartedly recommend Elliot Heath. They were our agent to sell our house. From the start Mark was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable about the market and conveyancing process, and so proactive that he surpassed all our expectations. In relation to the other agents representing other parties in the chain, Mark was an absolute superstar - and again incredibly pro-active in following things up, both up and down the chain, and not just our purchase/sale, but the purchases/sales further up and down the chain. On the rare occasion when we couldn't get hold of Mark immediately, the partners and other people in the office were fully apprised of our sale/purchase, and in a position to answer queries and advise. Thank you massively to Mark and Elliot Heath for helping to get our tricky sale and purchase over the line.

It all the many occasions that I have dealt with Estate Agents, Elliott Heath are far the best and put all other Agents in Ware to shame. I cannot recommend Elliott Heath Estate Agents highly enough. The experience I received from the whole team was fantastic. Everyone is keen to help, honest and does exactly what they say they will. I received regular updates on the progress and process of selling our property. The use of the Street app is also a great addition. You can see when viewings are booked and accept or decline them. Elliott Heath looked after the sale of our flat in Ware. From our initial contact through to completion, Rikki, Elliott, Clare and Ronnie were excellent. They were all extremely friendly, proactive and professional throughout the whole process. Beginning our sale during the mortgage uncertainty, we were apprehensive about interest and getting sensible offers in a difficult climate. However, with their contacts and proactive approach, we had an offer within two weeks! They provided prompt support when any issues, queries or delays arose, helpful when clarifying and submitting paperwork and also provided support during our house search. They also have excellent relationships with other agents in the town which makes everything run smoothly and feels very productive. They also work with Olly, a mortgage advisor who hot desks in the office, also brilliant and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I can not thank the amazing Elliot Heath team enough. We meet Elliot many years ago and always remembered what a nice guy he was - so when the time came for us to move we called him straight away. He came to value our house and recommended that we list it for 450k with the hope to sell it for 440k. So we did and a couple of months later we agreed an offer for that exact price. The team are amazing, super organised , always communicate. Always available if we needed anything. Moving house for us was stressful at times - but Elliot and Rikki were so hands on. After being messed around and having poor service from another Hertfordshire based estate agent which resulted in a property falling through and a lot of time and money wanted, working with Elliott was like a breath of fresh air. Excellent, in particular Mark Brown. He regularly updated us with the progress of the buying/selling after ringing everyone concerned up and down the chain. He was always available either by phone and WhatsAPP, ( we’ll let him of the two weeks that he had his operation/ recovery). We recently sold our shared ownership flat through Elliot Heath and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We had a buyer after the first viewing and although it fell through, the team wasted no time getting our flat back on the market. We had 3-4 viewings booked in the first few hours and found a new buyer in a matter of days. The team was professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the process. Elliot Heath are by far the best agent I have dealt with in the local area. Having originally arranged a valuation on our own property we were not sure whether to put our house on the market or not. Elliot was very helpful in keeping us informed of market conditions given the market conditions at the time. We viewed a property that they had just put on the market a few weeks later, despite us not being on the market ourselves. We loved the house and then proceeded to arrange photographs on our property almost instantly. Within the first ten days of marketing they had two offers for us. We then secured the house we wanted after being outbid first time round and Rikki was at hand during the entire conveyancing process and took care of any questions we had for ourselves and our buyers. I would recommend Elliot Heath to anyone looking to work with a professional and honest agency and I will 100% be using them again in the future.
