I'll start by saying I'm really not a fan of Estate Agents. The industry as a whole needs a shake up and there are far too many bad operators. Elliot Heath however, are shining lights of how it SHOULD work. Knowledgeable and professional with a local market reach and awareness that feels unparalleled from the off, we never once doubted that not only would they sell our family home, but also secure us a cracking (but fair) price from our buyers. Which they nailed perfectly. Both Elliot and Rikki are great guys; there is no pushy sales chat, it just is what it is to them and they're totally devoted to getting the job done in partnership with you. In short, they can be trusted to be there when you need them, but not when you don't - all the while just getting on with it. Superb business in the background too, with clearly the best reputation in the local market for a reason. Congrats guys, amazing service.
