I can honestly not speak highly enough of Elliot, George and all the staff at Elliot Heath. Being first time buyers we were unsure of the procedures of purchasing a house. We view a house we loved and put an offer in, within 8 weeks we have completed and are in our first home together in time for Christmas! We have just bought a flat through Elliot Heath and I can't recommend them more. We complete today! RIkki and George have been nothing less than amazing and professional all the way through and have gone above and beyond in helping us in every way. We did see other estate agents in the area when we were looking at properties, but George and Rikki came out on top for us. They were just genuine, straight talking people, and we liked that. Rikki (One of the business owners), has been amazing and kept us updated every step of the way. We really felt that he was in our corner and not just trying to sell us something. George even went out of his way to help us to get some new flooring in and took John (The flooring man) to assess our flat in his own time and out of hours! Everyone at Elliot Heath was just great! We cannot recommend Elliot Heath highly enough. I am not sure where to begin in saying how grateful we are to every single person who works there. We have bought two houses and sold first home through them would not want to have to go through an incredibly stressful process without them handling it for us. Elliot, Ricky and George are such down to earth, genuine people who I really believe wanted the best for us. I really felt that over the time it took to sell and finally complete, they got to know us as a family and were able to guide us to buying the perfect house for us and not rushing into something just because we were desperate to move. There aren't many agents who are as honest as these guys. They kept us up-to-date every step of the way and when there wasn't any updates they checked in to let us know we were still being thought about. When we almost lost our dream home they worked hard to make sure we were able to secure it again which they didn't have to do at all. Claire and Mark are always to kind and courteous on the phones and made sure we had any information we wanted. A massive thank you for helping us through a long 2 year process. We are so happy to be in Ware and if we ever move again then you will be our first contact!

Elliot Heath Estate Agents We have used these guys for our recent sale and I can’t fault them. The photos they take a superior to other companies and make your property stand out. The customer service is fantastic with regular updates on how your sale/purchase is progressing. Any problems are made easy to resolve and guidance from the team is always available. We had the pleasure of dealing with George one of the agents for Elliot Heath and he is great. George has a wealth of knowledge and we have now used the company twice for our sales.
