Our purchases fell through, was back, fell through, and was back on again. Laraine provided helpful advice throughout it all, and I know she did the same for the vendor too.

I can honestly say that using Martin & Co lifted a weight off my shoulders. They know exactly what I needed to do and why and put everything in place. They have a team of recommendations for contractors all with reasonable prices. I live in Brisbane. In 2019 Rob took on the letting of my late father's flat. Time and distance can be a tricky thing when you live 12,000 miles away. Rob's dedication and professionalism at this time especially given the required regulations and restrictions that COVID had put in place, made what was a sad and difficult process very much easier. After probate was granted in 2021, Rob then took on the sale of the property and had me confident that he was the right man for the job. Communication was key in the process and Rob again scored highly with that, resulting in a successful sale which completes within 2 weeks. Thank you Rob Hall.

GoogleMartin and co provided an excellent service, their guidance and professional advice were extremely helpful and they were always available to answer queries/concerns. Buying a house at any time is stressful let alone during a pandemic, and they were very re assuring throughout the whole time and kept up updated and informed. Lorraine and Susie were exceptional in progressing our interests, chasing solicitors and coordinating the efforts of buyers, sellers and legal services and we are doubtful that we could have succeeded without them. I have no regrets about choosing Martin and Co as the agent to sell the house. All the staff that I had dealings with at Martin and Co displayed professionalism, integrity and sympathy for the difficulties of the particular situation. In the initial stages of negotiation, staff members were conscientious without being pushy. The sale process was efficient and no time was lost in putting the property on the market. Any queries that I had were promptly answered. My situation was more difficult as I am not a resident of the UK. Staff willingly helped and advised with various issues related to this. I would recommend this company.

GoogleThanks Laraine!!! What a rollercoaster our purchase was, almost 7 months of never ending issues, which, without Larraine (and Susie) simply wouldn't have exchanged. Laraine was calm, measured and always on hand to advise when necessary but more importantly, understood her clients (the vendors) needs and gave them the right advice when it came to it and things got messy and were about to fall through . Her relationship with the vendor was paramount to the deal exchanging, and we cannot wait to collect the keys this Friday. Thanks so much to Larraine (and Susie) who were so helpful and put up with all of our stressing. I am also an agent and have been for 15 years, so understand the complexities within what was one of the most difficult transactions i have ever seen and the position Martin and Co were in. Superb
