Probably the best in the business!

Rob at Martin & Co has never, ever let me down and I have had the pleasure of knowing him for years! He has always been professional and totally honest. He says it how it is and is totally upfront with everything. He knows the ins and outs of everything to do with lettings and he has found me some fantastic tenants! They have taken totally control and I don’t need to do anything. Would highly, highly recommend Rob/Martin & Co. I wouldn’t waste my time with anyone else.

Straight with no BS.

We've all heard about snake-oil agents and agencies, full of charm but lacking substance, overpromising and underdelivering. Thankfully, my experience with Martin & Co. has been the opposite. Rob Hall is an agent par excellence. Yes, he’s charming, but he’s also frank, straightforward, and completely no-nonsense. While we didn’t achieve the exact rental amount we’d hoped for (short by £50 per month haha), Rob took the time to explain the local market conditions in detail. He advised us to delay entering the market to secure the best price, was patient while we completed renovations, and guided us firmly yet respectfully on what upgrades were necessary and what could be skipped. This approach left us feeling informed, supported, and confident in our decisions. So, yes, Martin & Co. certainly have our recommendation!

Excellent for Finding New Tenants

Have used Martin & Co Wanstead / Mike every time we need a new tenancy for our apartment in South Woodford. Paperwork is always clear and the process always smooth sailing.
