This sector of the economy usually sits between politician and traffic wardens. Martin and Co were a refreshing breath of fresh air.
From first contact, through clear information, on to moving in and sorting out minor issues, the team has been faultless.
Our main contact Rob even chauffeured me to the viewing (I had broken my leg), sought answers to all our questions, and was the very model of efficiency.
The maintenance team deserve a Maintenance Oscar, sourcing some expert tradespeople to carry out minor but essential works to the electrics and plumbing - they even found us a gardener, a true son of the soil with a prodigious plant knowledge.
Whether you are a good landlord or tenant, I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Co.
I just wish all letting agents lived up to this standard.

We went to view a property. Two estate agents, Mike and Larraine, were waiting inside to greet us. One of the vendors was present-but stayed in one room working. Mike was friendly and respectful talking to him and the vendor seemed at ease. Both Mike and Larraine proceeded to give us a whole hour of their time at the house. They were extremely informative about everything. We were new to the area but Mike had members of his his family literally living across the road! We talked about local facilities, types of houses we’d find nearby and lots more besides. It was a proper conversation and both of them seemed to enjoy being with us!! Ridiculous as it sounds, I left feeling moving house might not be such a horrible experience and that I’d found a new friend in Larraine who was just lovely.
