GoogleVince is an incredible estate agent. He has incredible knowledge of the housing market and was very astute in marketing and selling our house. He was always on contact and proactively managed completing the transaction. Our buyer dropped out, but he made sure we found another and the deal was able to go ahead at a price we wanted. His guidance throughout the process was priceless. If you' ever need an estate agent in East London, Vince should be your first port of call. His friendly and personal service surpassed any experience we've had with estate agents. Highly recommended.

GoogleI was selling my flat and buying a house from Eeleven. It became quite a drawn out affair due to issues with our lender particularly. Sanjiv really helped to guide us through the process as well as pick up the phone and help track down information for us to help speed up the process. He kept good contact with us and the seller at all times. I don't want to buy or sell anything for a long time, but if I did i'd happily pick up the phone to Sanjiv and Eeleven.

GoogleSanjiv and Eeleven were great from start to finish. He was prompt and efficient, handled everything including liaising directly with our tenants (as we were renting out the house, and not based in London). He used a good online system for us to view and accept the offers, advised us well when we had to make the key decisions, and made sure we, the lawyers and the buyers were on top of our to dos. He was the only agent we showed around the house that noticed all the small design details. He set expectations up front on timing and price and more than exceeded them both - the house went for well over the list price, and sold within about 8 weeks of the offer being accepted, and just 10 from me first showing Sanjiv round the place. Would 100% sell with him again!

It was a very difficult and stressful time but thanks to Sanjiv who with his skilful negotiations were able to overcome issues. He was proactive, very efficient and supportive. Vince went above and beyond the call of duty for my sale and I felt completely safe and cared for! Cliches aside, he really isn’t like other estate agents, he became part of the family and I can not recommend him highly enough.

GoogleI recently bought a flat with Eeleven and it was from start to finish a brilliant experience. I only have Sanjiv to thank for that. I was unsure on the steps of buying a home and Sanjiv answered all of my questions about moving/buying in general and not just in relation to the flat. He supported me each step of the way and was so good at making sure things were moving as they should.
