He made what can be a very stressful and difficult process run as smoothly as possible. He was always at the other end of the phone to answer any questions I had. GoogleFrom the first conversation enquiring about viewing the property to actually to moving in was such a supportive experience. With all the ups and downs of buying and selling Vince, Harry and the team were there to listen and help. We can’t recommend them enough. It’s really rare to find a group of people who are willing to go that extra mile for you. Thanks to them our dream as come true and they will always be welcome to pop by and have a cuppa in our new home.

GoogleAn Excellent Service. Sanjiv is a true gem and keeps you posted at all steps of the purchase. He also acts as an excellent conduit between the solicitors/sellers/buyers. Nothing is too much or too hard, he will answer calls out of hours and goes above and beyond. If I could, I would give this company more than the five stars that are possible. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent.....would thoroughly reccomend.

GoogleVince is an outstanding estate agent. He proactively managed the process, spending many hours on the phone to different parties, during a very difficult transaction, to try and make all the pieces fit together. You could use a "cheap" online only estate agent, and lots of people do. You might get away with it, you might not. But trust me, if you go down that road you will not get a level of service anywhere close to that which vince can offer you. You likely will not achieve the price that vince can achieve for you, negating any upfront negligible savings you might think you can make, and more importantly you will not have the protection of having one of the most proactive and experienced estate agents in the area fighting for you to get your deal done. All of the above makes vince's fees an absolute bargain. Highly recommended.

GoogleI don’t know where to begin! Working with Vince has been an utter pleasure! He is the kindest and most genuine estate agent there is out there. He is honest and goes above and beyond with his clients. Although our purchase did not go through on the end, through no fault of his. We could not have been happier with his service, if you are looking in Leytonstone/Leyton/Wanstead area I wouldn’t bother looking with any other agents, he knows his stuff and will look after you on a level that other estate agents just don’t meet. I would even say it’s worth waiting until he has the right property come up on the market, all his properties are of such a high standard for an extremely reasonable price! There was never any no pressure and went above and beyond for us several times during the sale of our home and the subsequent chain. He was always available and worked tirelessly in some stressful situations, including getting new buyers within a few days when ours fell away. GoogleFrom Vince's eye for detail when valuing our flat to Claire's personal touch creating the brochure and ad, we already felt like we were in good hands. Then Sanjiv took over and went the extra mile to find the right buyers for our property. He helped and advised us all the way (even when he didn't have to) to make sure the sale process was as smooth as possible and executed in a timely manner. GoogleI found Eeleven to be a top-tier estate agency. Although they may charge slightly more than some others, their service is truly exceptional. Their professional and high-quality approach to marketing our property made it stand out in a competitive market. Sanj, the agent responsible for our sale, was outstanding. He took the time to understand us and our property, effectively matching us with the right buyers. We received several offers, and Sanj guided us in choosing the best buyer. Navigating the buying and selling process can be challenging, but Sanj managed everything flawlessly. He was the only reliable constant throughout, while solicitors were sometimes difficult and the agent we were buying from, part of a corporate high street chain, was nightmare. However, Sanj stepped in multiple times to resolve many issues. I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with both Sanj and Eeleven. If you're considering selling your property, I highly recommend Eeleven. They genuinely work hard for you and are worth every penny!
