GoogleWe’ve just completed the purchase of our first home through Eeleven. As first-time buyers, Vince guided us through every step with great care, ensuring clear and timely communication between us and the sellers. Throughout the process, we felt completely supported and in good hands.

GoogleWe had a great experience from start to finish. Eeleven sold our flat to us and 5 years later when we were looking to upsize we went straight back to them. They have such good knowledge of E10\E11 and it really made the whole process seamless. From the first meeting about listing right through to completion they were a great support to us and I can’t recommend highly enough.

GoogleWe’ve just used eeleven for the second time after being impressed with how they handled the sale of our first house a few years ago. On this occasion they dealt with both the sale and the purchase of our old and new homes. The care and attention that both Sanjiv & Vince showed, in what is always a stressful time, was second to none. If you’re looking for a quality service in the sale of your home, I could not recommend these folks enough.

GoogleE11 were one of the many estate agents we contacted when we were looking for a new home and they were by far the best. Nothing was too much trouble for Vince, Harry & the team and they were helpful, honest and straightforward throughout the whole process. Even when there were trying moments as first time buyers, E11 were able to always offer solutions and we genuinely felt they cared about matching us with the right property. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
