Words can not describe the satisfaction of dealing with Eleven! From the first meeting they were professional, honest and extremely hard working. We were lucky enough to meet with them before we completed the renovation of our home to prepare out for sale and Sanj kindly gave some very useful recommendations on what was doing well in the current market, these things we took into consideration when completing the renovation. Once this was complete and it was ready for market this is where believe Eleven went above and beyond any estate agency that I have ever experienced. The levels of communication throughout the process was so seamless and they delivered on everything that they said they would. We were selling in a rather difficult market when the budget was soon to be announced and Eleven made us fully aware of this and did not hide behind it or use it as an excuse, the type of honesty that I think is priceless. Should we be looking to buy or sell in the area again I would not hesitate to contact Eleven as my first point of call, can't thank them enough.

We couldn’t recommend Sanj and the Eeleven team highly enough. From viewing the property to completion day, Sanj was extremely helpful and stayed communicative through every stage of what can be an extremely stressful process - he even set up a WhatsApp group to keep us in the loop and would check in most days, going above and beyond to help. We had previously had very poor service from another well known estate agent locally, who lacked transparency with us and had left us extremely disheartened about our search.
