GoogleEeleven's service is absolutely superb. Amazing photos and attention to detail - you can tell they really care about their work. Sanjiv was an absolute pleasure to work with and really went the extra mile. At times the sale wasn't straight forward and Sanjiv did absolutely everything to make sure every little problem was solved to ensure the sale went through and that everyone was informed, and happy at every stage. Couldn't recommend enough.

GoogleSanjiv and Vince, and the team at Eeleven did a fantastic job selling our apartment in Leytonstone. From the first time I spoke to them to get a valuation, I was really impressed by their enthusiasm and dedication. Compared to other agents we had spoken to, they stood out greatly in terms of their professionalism, knowledge and motivation. The marketing and photography was done smoothly. They were very knowledgeable about the selling process and we pleased to find a buyer relatively quickly. The communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. Sanjiv was in touch with myself and the buyer the whole time and really helped to speed the sale process along. He was really approachable and helpful throughout. It is a really nice team and I cannot recommend them highly enough if you want to sell your property.

GoogleWe sold our house in Leyton with EEleven last August and the process was so smooth and quick which was exactly what we needed. we had found a house that we wanted to buy before marketing our current house so time was of the essence and Sanj worked really fast to get our house on the market and secure multiple proceedable offers for us above asking price. He also advised us on each buyers circumstances and helped us to make the best decision to complete the chain and for the transaction to through smoothly and without any issues. GoogleMany thanks to Vince and the team for helping us sell our London property in late 2023. In a tricky time for the property market, with many similar properties in our immediate area failing to attract buyers, I believe Eeleven made the difference in being able to sell our Victorian terrace in a timely fashion and achieve what we were looking for. Their attention to visuals is outstanding, providing very attractive photography and creating an excellent brochure, which allowed our house's aesthetic qualities to shine, an aspect which was important to us. Despite the sale taking longer than would be expected in a more favourable market, we were constantly reassured and provided with updates week by week. Vince and his colleagues are very friendly and down to earth, with honest feedback and communication at all times. Eeleven was certainly the right choice for us, and we believe they are the best in the area at what they do.

Sanjiv was professional and communicative throughout the process. We had some very challenging circumstances due to a conceyancer being incredibly slow and frustrating to deal with, which meant we were very close to missing out target move date and it potentially falling through.

We are abroad and Sanjiv went out of his way to keep communication open across different time zones. In addition he went above and beyond and made himself personally available to attend the property to give access or check things, far exceeding our expectations and for which we are hugely grateful. GoogleWe recently sold our two bedroom period flat with eeleven, and were delighted with their services, their approach and attention to detail truly set them apart. We initially instructed them as we had confidence that their elevated marketing approach would connect us with the right people for our design conscious flat, and sure enough, we found our buyers after just one day of viewings. We also appreciated the continuity of service reported in other reviews, we likewise had the pleasure of dealing with Vince throughout. He kept us in the loop, kindly helped us understand the process, and was always easy to reach for a quick call or Whatsapp message. Vince is a lovely guy to deal with, and even went out of his way to help us as we dealt with our purchase and move. We'd recommend eeleven without hesitation.

GoogleIt’s been a year since I sold my flat and we moved into our beautiful home! Vince and his team managed both sides for us so brilliantly, (maybe it helped that we bribed him by promising to name our new kitten Vinnie if we got the house), but one had to do what’s necessary! Vinnie is really enjoying his pad, and living up to his name is a local legend and continues to gain new territory. Cat bribery aside, would highly recommend Eeleven 👌🏼 thanks Vince!
