Square Space Property London reviews in Wandsworth

I am using Square Space to manage my rental (accidental landlord!). Karl (owner) spent time getting to know me and getting familiar with the house. James helped get the house rented out. We found a tenant within a day of photos of the property being released. Both Karl and James are super responsive. I nearly use PB but Karl won me over and I have been delighted with their service.

Karl and the team at Square Space Property have made life incredibly easy, a lot of the time in London it’s a case of good property but bad management but that’s not the case with Square Space Property. Everything is managed quickly and communicated well even when it’s not something that would be considered urgent. Can’t recommend the team enough!

I've never had a particularly high opinion of estate agents except for a few. But these guys are truly awesome. They absolutely knocked it out of the park when my friend bought a property they were selling - and were indispensable to ensuring a successful purchase for her even though she wasn't their client. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell with them and can't recommend them highly enough.

We moved in just over a month ago and Karl has been amazing from day one. Always there to answer questions and very quick to respond. The house has been done up really well and can tell Karl spent a lot of time on it to make it feel homely.

I couldnt recommend Square Space Property highly enough to landlords and tenants alike. After many frustrating experiences as an overseas landlord with other London based property management companies, I changed to SSP based on a recommendation. Karl and James have been great, they provide an exceptional tailored, efficient and friendly service at very competitive prices. Do not hesitate to chose them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Found a potential tenant who needed to move within 2 weeks and I had nothing ready. These guys got the agreement ready, signed, references checked, all the required certificates I didn't even know I needed and deposits sorted and in my account before I handed the keys over. Great communication through out and took away a load of stress! Thank you so much!!!

If I could I would give 10 starts to Karl! He's the most understanding, most efficient landlord you'll ever meet! The room that I have rented from Square Space was the place I lived in London. I would recommend for others for sure! If you're looking for a place to rent (a room or a house) you're in good hands with these guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
