Karl has been looking after our properties for several years. He is very professional and maintains the properties to a high standard and promptly fixes any issues. He keeps us regularly informed about the properties and keeps up to date with changing legislation. I would highly recommend him to other landlords.

Square Space and Karl managed the lovely place I stayed in and made the whole thing really easy. The communication and process was very professional and he always responded quickly, even when on holiday! Checkout was also smooth. Would happily have him again as a landlord/management.

I’ve had a truly excellent experience with Karl. From the very beginning, he has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which has made living here completely stress-free. The property itself is well-maintained and clearly looked after with attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in ensuring tenants are comfortable and happy, but that’s exactly what I’ve experienced. Communication has always been clear, friendly, and respectful, and I’ve always felt valued as a tenant. I would highly recommend this landlord to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive renting experience. Thank you for making this such a positive place to live!

Throughout the course of my year long tenancy, Karl was non stop helpful with any issues that arose (of which there weren’t many it had to be said), his response times and eagerness to help us out as tenants really made the tenancy painless and I’d thoroughly recommend Square Space going forward!

The house was great, really big rooms, reasonably priced and I lived with really wonderful people who became genuine friends. Our landlord Karl was always easy to get hold of and happily answered any questions. Always really quick at getting back to me and quickly and efficiently sorted any issues in the house as soon as they came up. If you’re looking for a good houseshare in London I definitely recommend!

Nice big room, loads of space in the kitchen and lovely garden including bike storage which was a deal breaker for me! Area is really quiet and local amenities not far at all. Really handy transport links too. The landlord is very down-to-earth, deals with everything really quickly and really easy to get hold of anytime!! Only downside are the weekend parties at the hall on the corner but otherwise not a complaint about location!!

Karl, from Square space property was a fantastic landlord. He was so efficient, professional and kind, and if anything ever needed doing, it was never a problem. The house itself is stunning and very homely. When moving in, the process was fast and simple and he carefully picked a group of us that he thought would work well in a house share and did a great job. I have made friends that I will definitely stay in touch with, all thanks to Karl! I have had the best year living at the property and I am very sad to be leaving. If you’re new to London, or looking for a new spot I couldn’t recommend Square space property enough.

Karl from Square Space was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very first viewing of the property to the moment we moved out, he was consistently supportive and professional. He always found ways to make every step easier and faster for us, and his communication was outstanding, quick replies, clear information, and always willing to sort out any doubts we had. Karl truly went above and beyond, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Highly recommend! 🙌✨

I’ve rented with square space for the past 4 years and Karl has been fantastic. Any problems were always dealt with straight away and communication clear. I was in a house share and he let us have a say with who moved in which not many landlords do. This made my time there much more comfortable and I’ve met some great friends from it. Would highly recommend!!

Exceptional Service received from Square Space Property. I recently had the pleasure of working with Karl and his team and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From my initial enquiry on renting to moving in, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and care. Excellent communication skills throughout the entire process, they kept me informed about the progress, provided regular updates, and promptly answered any questions. Their ability to clearly and effectively convey information helped alleviate any anxieties related to renting. What truly differentiated this estate agent was their personalised approach. This level of dedication made me feel like a valued client, and I genuinely appreciated their commitment to my satisfaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled estate agent. Without a doubt, I will not hesitate to utilise their services again in the future.

Karl Greenhill made our tenancy in Tooting nothing short of stress-free. Whenever an issue would arise he would keep an open line of contact and ensure we were updated at every step. Whenever we had questions or were unsure about something he'd take time to get back us with answers and solutions. Really can't recommend Square Space Property enough. Keep doing what you're doing Karl.

Square Space Property made my life as a tenant really easy. Karl was very prgamatic and reacted to any issues that we had at the property extremely efficiently and effectively. It's worth mentioning though that issues were rare due to Spare Space properties being fitted with good quality furnishings. I'd definitely recommend Square Space Properties to anyone looking to rent in the area!
