GoogleKarl at Square Space has been excellent from start to finish of getting my flat rented out. So much better than the high street agents as you get personal service and nothing is too much bother. He is really well organised. I know my flat is in safe hands. If you’re looking to rent out your property and want a first class affordable management service give Karl a call

GoogleKarl is the hardest working agent we've ever had. He found us good tenants in midst of the London rental slump last year after Covid hit and has continued to be supportive and helpful. He is proactive and professional for both the tenants and landlords.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you for the kind words Josie, its always nice to hear we are appreciated by our landlords

GoogleWasn’t actually going to hang your dirty washing out to dry. But seeing that you’ve asked. No I haven’t got the wrong company. It was yourselves. Square space in tooting. I’m not going to put the address of the dilapidated property I stupidly brought from you in public for obvious reasons. Reasoning for my 1 star review is you lied throughout the entire process which ended up taken longer than double the amount of time told in the beginning. Pushed us with your pathetic tactics to complete in order to get your money guaranteed, knowing we was first time buyers and had little knowledge. You abused that. And provided absolutely no after care once your bit of commission dropped. Probably the worst company I’ve ever actually dealt with.
Good Evening JiMorrisful, I’m sorry to see you have left a one star review and feel so strongly that we didn’t meet your expectations. We run a very boutique and quality service and always strive to treat our clients with upmost respect and honesty. Due to the personalised business we operate, we generally know all of our clients personally, so to hear that one of our customers is aggrieved out of the blue comes as somewhat a surprise. The accusations made in your review are pretty inflammatory so it would be helpful to understand which transaction this relates to? Maybe send us an email so we can identify you against our list of clients and go someway to make things better. It’s also worth mentioning, that we ceased working in sales at the end of 2021. Prior to that, we only had 2 ‘dilapidated’, sales both of which we are still in touch with the buyers. So we are extremely surprised to see this review. I hope to hear from you via an email or phone call so we can maybe chat about this off google, thanks, Karl.

GoogleI have been living in one of Karl Greenhill's property's for over a year and could not fault him one bit. Fast when it came to any problems in the house, and speedy/understanding when it came to finding the right housemates to live with. Would recommend him as a landlord to anyone living or moving to London. 5* across the board.

GoogleI had the easiest tenancy renting with Square Space Property. Our agent Karl, was super quick with communication and getting on top of any maintenance reported or general queries we had. Sometimes we would text him late, intending for him to see the next day, but he’ll respond when really he should have had his phone on silent and be in bed asleep 😊. The application process at the beginning to the well outgoing inspection and receiving the bond back could not have gone smoother. Thanks heaps Karl for making my first year in London a great one! Xx

GoogleVery happy customer: I found these guys originally via Spare room when I was looking in Balham. But after a couple of weeks of searching my circumstances changed and came across them again on Google. They helped me and my family find a lovely flat in Tooting and so far we've had no issues! It's a great relief to work with professionals who care about the renter as much as the landlord. Thanks James & Karl 😊PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
