GoogleI have lived in one of Karl's (Squarespace) properties for 5 and half years. He has always been a good landlord and very fair if an issue has arisen with the property. He is easy to talk to and very responsive to messages both on WhatsApp and email. I could not have asked for anything more and I am only leaving as I am moving into my own place.

GoogleI have to say, Square Space Property truly epitomise the meaning of proper Estate Agency. The industry is far too filled with children selling and renting houses as opposed to traditional Estate Agents that work their socks off to provide a service. I would highly recommend James especially and Square Space Property, a real Estate Agent.

GoogleI am using Square Space to manage my rental (accidental landlord!). Karl (owner) spent time getting to know me and getting familiar with the house. James helped get the house rented out. We found a tenant within a day of photos of the property being released. Both Karl and James are super responsive. I nearly use PB but Karl won me over and I have been delighted with their service.
