I have been working with Square Space Property and Karl for property management and refurbishments.. The attention to detail and professionalism Square Space Property has delivered goes above and beyond any company I have worked with in the past. If you are looking for a company to manage your property or portfolio of properties Square Space Property is the company you need to be working with.

Excellent service from Karl and co at Square Space Property. From the moment I contacted them about letting my flat I have been super impressed with their efficiency and help and support every step of the way. Karl helped me to find my first home in London and made the process easy and stress free. Once I had moved into the property the service was efficient, friendly and well organised. The property was furnished and decorated to a high standard and well maintained. Thanks again for a great renting experience. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service

As a previous tenant of this agent, I couldn’t recommend their service any more. They are extremely helpful and they respond to issues in a really efficient and effective manner. They are by far the bets letting agent I have rented a property through.

I know for several years Karl and rented two properties with him. The way he refurbishes the properties lasts for long. As well, every time I contacted him, he was prompt to sort out any question I could have. I would definitely recommend !

Karl's properties are always the best in the area and a welcome change from the usual properties you see with poorly operating heaters, leaky taps etc. A pleasure to rent from.
