GoogleWe used the services of Kinleigh's Wimbledon office recently to help sell our brother's flat. They did a terrific job but in particular high praise has to go to Maryam who was both professional and calm throughout (even when I had a rant when things appeared to be go wrong!) She stuck with it throughout and kept both the buyer and seller on side and updated at all times. I would highly recommend asking for Maryam again in the future. Regards.

Even after completion of our rental process, he is always willing to help and further assist when it comes to the rental property. I personally feel that he represents the values and ethos of KFH really well.

GoogleWe were blown away by Maisie’s efficiency and communication during what was quite a stressful time. She was better at keeping us updated that our own solicitors and we couldn’t have managed without her. KFH on the whole were excellent despite the issues covid threw our way. Linda and Jimmy were supportive and professional and we’re thrilled to finally be in our new home having sold our SW19 home with them.

GoogleOur property completion was overall smooth, aside from a couple of complications along the way. However we were always assured and attended to by Maryam at KFH, Wimbledon. We felt very lucky to have had her assistance throughout the process especially as first time buyers. She was attentive and helpful throughout, often going the extra mile organising extra viewings, liaising with the sellers and answering any questions we had. Thank you again.

GoogleEnquired about a property and we were informed as we live further away instead of attending a viewing, we could have a video and more photos sent to us of the property with the intention of making an offer after these had been provided, we asked simple questions to confirm such as if it was all double bedroomed, and the permit parking of the property to which we were assured we would be sent photos of everything. I then asked for the photos and was ignored on WhatsApp with no follow up. Extremely unprofessional even if the property was no longer available and someone else had put an offer in. I have asked for updates and recieved none. Considering there is other propertys KFH have in the wimbledon area we would have been interested in viewing we now are viewing properties elsewhere, no honest and open lines of communication if you are seeking a rental.
