We had a fantastic experience dealing with Maryam at KFH Wimbledon when selling our house. She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, brilliant saleswoman, professional, calm/ measured, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely helpful/ smart. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there are delays and complications along the way, but Maryam was always on hand to help, chase things up and keep everything moving. She was incredibly patient and reassuring and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I then travelled 70 minutes to Wimbledon in 30°C+ heat, changing vehicles three times, only to receive a call at 14:15, fifteen minutes before the appointment, informing me that they did not have access to the keys to the property.
