GoogleI have been working with a few estate agents in the last few weeks and I have to say I have been very impressed by Fred at Wykes KFH, 49 wimbledon hill office. He was professional, kind and at a viewing he could answer all my questions no problem. He had obviously taken time to prepare and seemed to have a good relationship with the tenants. Fred also proactively thinks about my renting criteria and sometimes sends emails/suggestions for other properties he thinks I might be interested in. Recommend working with KFH, in particular Fred

GoogleMaryam was very good at striking a balance between showing us the house and giving us time to walk round by ourselves, and also organised a second viewing very quickly and obtained answers to all our questions. Both she and Jimmy were very professional throughout the offer process and accommodating our surveyor. They could not have been more helpful, the sale process was made as easy as it could be.

GoogleJimmy and Maryam were the agents on my recent purchase. They were professional and friendly and always willing to help, whether arranging another viewing or chasing the vendor and providing updates. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they put the property under offer. I felt they were trustworthy and certainly acted with a lot more integrity throughout the process than other agents I came across in my attempts to buy a flat! They also gave me a card to say congratulations when I picked up the keys which was a lovely touch.

GoogleKFH are the managing agents for our block of 105no newly built flats and the service is OUTRAGEOUS/ non existent. There is basically no way of getting in touch with them, phone calls are not answered, emails do not get answered even if re-sent on a weekly basis. We have pressing safety concerns like doors into the building not working and bin doors being broken for weeks but still they are just not contactable. We were finally offered a residents meeting after probably 8 weeks of chasing and since then (5 weeks ago) again they have not gotten back in touch about urgent matters discussed during the meeting and a promised follow up meeting. As a resident I am deeply disappointed in the service provided and frustrated as there seems to be no way to communicate with the managing agent appointed to run our block of flats and even managers higher up do not seem to be able to get this sorted.

GoogleI instructed KFH Wimbledon to help me sell my flat in SW19. I dealt mostly with both Jimmy and Maryam, who have been brilliant in every way. They kept me informed throughout, from showing potential buyers around, to supplying feedback from the viewers afterward, gently and sensitively encouraged me toward a price reduction when the rapidly escalating mortgage interest rates were forcing down property prices at a rate of knots, and then handling the offers (yes - more than one! And final sale price a little more than the asking price ☺️). The sale was tied up in September, and has taken a loooong time considering it was to a first time buyer and was therefore chain free, but Jimmy and Maryam kept me fully informed, by phone and email, and chased all parties involved whenever necessary. And they very kindly and graciously tolerated my frustration when Christmas and then the whole of January came and went without an exchange of contracts. Contracts were finally exchanged today!! ☺️ Huge thanks to Jimmy, Maryam and everyone at KFH Wimbledon. I’m very grateful.

Our chain broke with a different estate agent and Linda helped us to find a house we love, an outstanding solicitor and we were able to finish the entire process in 3 weeks! I’m sure we broke some kind of record!! Throughout the process, Linda was extremely professional and knowledgeable but also funny and a pleasure to work with. Linda is now our designated estate agent for life :)

Vinay was so understanding of our circumstances and liaised with the vendor and his solicitor so well to get us across the line. Jimmy was also so helpful when it came to keeping things moving.
