GoogleKFH acted as the agents in a recent house purchase in Wimbledon. Notably Jimmy and Maryam. It is a little tricky to leave a review as a buyer for the estate agent as they don’t work for you - they work for the sellers. That being said, we felt well served throughout and they were very professional. There were occasionally some miscommunications and lack of clarity in dates and how the purchase was proceeding, but that was it, and ultimately we felt they tried their best to manage both the buyers and the sellers. Maryam in particular was very helpful in the final few days of purchase and even several weeks afterwards, responding to many queries promptly, continuing to liaise with us and the sellers, even when she was under no obligation to do so. This was very appreciated, and reflects very well on Maryam and the level of service she aims to provide.

My work pattern is horrible, meaning that I would not be able to take phone calls around the clock, and Maryam has been extremely understanding and accommodating when it comes to difficulties of communicating with me. She is always approachable, and I have a long list of questions each time, to which she patiently takes time to answer in details.
