GoogleGreat service, great team, great value! We have just sold our 1 bed flat in Wimbledon through the Sales team at KFH Wimbledon. From start to finish they have been excellent. In a challenging market they generated viewings and vetted all buyers appropriately to ensure quality viewings. Once we had an offer, they were extremely impressive in managing all stakeholders (us, buyer, solicitors, tenants etc) to ensure visibility across all parties and ensure the sale went through under time pressure of the stamp duty window. Jimmy and Maisie were brilliant and I would highly recommend using KFH Wimbledon when selling your property. We had previously tried selling the property through a rival agent and the difference was day and night - KFH fees were almost half and the service was far, far better!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience with Linda, Jimmy and Sophie who handled both our sale and onward purchase. Through the viewing process they were very engaged and forthcoming with any activity at the property and made us feel like we were well informed throughout. There were also some critical moments in our conveyancing process where we believe having the KFH team onboard was key to getting everything over the line. We'll be back. EDIT: We were back. 2 years on and we recently sold our flat again through the KFH team. Equally wonderful experience, couldn't more highly recommend.

Google25/4/2025 kfh what have they done with our money we pay them to manage our block /finances And more for years since 2008 we have had roof leaks which are worse than ever building in a shocking state now have fire safety issues some of which should have been addressed years a ago, 2 property managers since august 2024 sspeaks for its self Still have leaks worse than ever 5/4/2024 as of feb 2023We do now have an excellant property manager at kfh Daniel Kempner after 6 others since 2020 but there is one problem he works for kfh i hope he sticks with it but the so called senior management need to put there hands in there pockets as they are responsable for mismanaging our blocks finances .No plan for permanent solution to leaks We have had roof and walkway leaks every year for more than 14 years from the roof and just botch it up all the time water has been penetrating our walls and ceiling cavities and the electrics have not followed correct protocols we pay very high maintenance for this service and get nothing in return . Should be zero rating 3 months on still sending us round in circles 6/9/2023 still being fobbed off I agree with earlier reviewer some very suspicious reviews done by friends and family !!!

Through the process Linda kept us up to date and managed the process through getting us into our new home without much stress. Within one weekend of having the flat on with KFH we'd had more viewings than the other company had in a few months and 3 good offers. Jimmy and Linda were very responsive whenever we needed them and were really helpful towards the end when we had a very tight deadline to meet.
