I moved into my new home yesterday and need to write a shout out Linda Duffy. Throughout the whole process, Linda was a godsend. She quickly passed queries to and from the seller when we needed to obtain information from one another. She followed up with solicitors to try and obtain the latest when they were being less than speedy with the process and politely batted-off rudeness that one of them often appended to their responses. I was continually reassured by Linda and would not hesitate to appoint her specifically if she is still at KFH Wimbledon once I come to selling once again. Thank you Linda.

I made inquiries about viewing a property in Wimbledon and spoke to Maisie. Whilst the flat I initially saw had was no longer available, she asked about the specifics I was looking for. A few days later she rang about an upcoming flat which matched and I was able to view it on the opening day. It was perfect and within a few days a sale had been agreed. Maisie was my agent. I really appreciated the way she got back to me quickly with answers to my questions about the property. She was efficient in communicating with the seller about my various queries, and she was equally effective in her communication when I was overseas. Jimmy Carr and his team at KFH has been very efficient and quick to put my flat on the market and throughout the process of showing around potential clients. They always tried to fit in with my schedule. Once I accepted an offer they kept and eye on the proceedings, liaised with my solicitor and gave gentle nudge to my buyer’s solicitor to speed things up. I have had a very anxious year, with a previously aborted attempt to sell my place. Jimmy was always very patient and reassuring and ready to pass queries to the buyer. We had our flat on with a different agent for a couple of months but they managed to get us very few viewings and only one very low offer. Within one weekend of having the flat on with KFH we'd had more viewings than the other company had in a few months and 3 good offers. As we know, estate agents are often not painted in the best light. Hand on heart this was a completely different experience. They were quick to get things going selling my apartment, and getting the viewings going.
