GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH in Wimbledon both for letting our flat, and then selling our flat. They kept the selling process moving during the first lockdown, with our sale going through despite many others I'm aware of dropping. They were good partners, great with communication and went above and beyond during lockdowns to get paperwork to and from us. Jimmy is great!

GoogleBlock and Estate Management Nelson House Wimbledon Hill Road SW19 7PA This is the company in charge of the building beuth house in cricklewood NW 2. First all I want to say all this 5 stars review are completely false, I have bought a flat in one of the building that they have been in charge of but since we moved in 3 years ago it has been a truly nightmare. Unprofessional and inexperienced people who need to be properly trained especially the manager! They don't care about their duty infact they don't answer to any phone call or email. Despite the fact we have had numerous issues in the building they haven't shown up yet after years. People smoke weed in the corridors, store bicycles inside the building, damaged doors and lift. Every time I call they are always away of the desk either the receptionist, assistant manager and of course the manager, once that I luckily got on the phone one of the receptionist she told me that both the assistant and the manager were on holiday so I guess they don't really care about their duty. We pay service charge for that jobs needs to be done not to keep this lazy people in the office doing nothing all day. The building that was built only 3 years ago is in horrendous condition, we have had meetings with others owners about this useless property management and I really hope we can change page soon.

GoogleI own a flat on the Fairview site in Cricklewood and unfortunately Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Wimbledon are responsible for the management of it. Since they took over the management, they haven't done anything apart from clean our windows once. The person who cleaned them made an absolute mess and my windows looked dirtier afterwards. I have tried again and again to contact the person in charge, Paul, however he never answers his phone or returns my calls. We now have people living opposite in social housing who are parking their cars outside of our refuse area, and I am very concerned that they are blocking the bin men from being able to empty the skips. I still have a number of unresolved issues and my neighbours do too, some of them very serious including potential water damage. I paid my money upfront for maintenance and I am now seeking legal advice. Disgraceful lack of service, if I had an option to give zero stars I would.

GoogleKFH manage a property I live in, but I would not rent a property managed by them again. We have had a number of ongoing maintenance issues in our house which have been repeatedly ignored. Like most tenants, we look after our house and fix any minor maintenance issues ourselves, but serious maintenance concerns have been ignored for months despite acknowledgement that a fix needs to be made. - Cracks appeared in an exterior wall and a visiting contractor said that further investigation was urgently needed to determine if damage was structural. This was reported months ago with no follow-up. - The carpet on our stairs has repeatedly come loose as it hasn't been fitted properly. This was reported over 6 months ago now with 3 separate contractors visiting the house reporting that the stairs were dangerous. There are sharp spikes sticking through our carpet and people have slipped on the stairs. We cancelled a family birthday party for my roommates young niece out of safety concerns for the kids - Our dishwasher was out of action and an attending contractor determined it needed replacing. Instead of dealing with the problem swiftly, weeks later we were still without a dishwasher and the drains backed up into the broken unit flooding our kitchen creating more damage. - This winter we were 4 weeks without a functioning boiler and I had to engage the services of a lawyer to force them to fix it under the terms of our lease - We have substantial water ingress from 2 exterior doors every time it rains which was reported now over 18 months ago. We have to mop and dry carpets every time it rains and the lack of rectification has now caused a significant mould issue under the carpet in the underlay. The worst part about all of this is that I am told the house is being managed on behalf of an elderly landlord who lacks capacity. KFH along with a law firm are in charge of the property and they are both lacking in their fiduciary and ethical responsibilities towards their client. Issues that would have been easy and cheap to rectify when first reported have now morphed into much larger, costly issues due to a lack of action.

Some stand out qualities (not comprehensive): 1) Represented my interest as a client selling the house, even when it would have been more self serving to recommend we sell at a lower price 2) Always made themselves available, and were able and willing to explain and discuss logic as well as recommendations to me, which gave me great confidence 3) Great knowledge of the local market with evidence points to support decisions required 4) A values led team. Particularly impressed with Jimmy and Maryam who we interacted with most frequently. I’ve been involved in a number of house transactions, and this was by a distance the best service I’ve experienced. And I’m a pretty demanding customer! Would strongly recommend.

She was professional, exceptionally efficient, and always a friendly presence on the phone throughout stressful moments.
