She was on hand to arrange viewings at short notice, answer any queries and assist in pushing the sale through to ensure I met the stamp duty cut off. I would definitely recommend and use KFH again.

GoogleIf you have a choice never rent with this agency!! I recently moved into a flat share managed by KFH. During the change of sharer and referencing process, I have been in contact with Zena Malik as negotiator of CoS and was left highly disappointed!! The entire process had been dragged out over two months time due to the lacking communication, misinformation and non-reachability of KFH. And no point was KFH able to provide me with clear information and requirements for the referencing as renter. The case only settled on the day of my move causing unnecessary stress!! Having moved already multiple times, I never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and impertinence as with KFH.

GoogleKFH lettings team of Wimbledon have successfully treated my time and boundaries with contempt. As a sitting tenant in a property that they are marketing for the current landlord they have booked viewings and then not bothered to turn up, leaving me sitting around without cancellation or notification. An agent also entered my home without permission, following another resident into the property without even informing me they were coming - I had never met this person and had no idea who any of them were - yet there they were in my house. I have a dog who is a guardian breed (effectively a guard dog by instinct) who rushed to the door and stopped the agent and the potential new tenants from coming in to the main part of the house by barking loudly and blocking their path - I was upstairs and had to rush down to defuse the situation. This left the potential new tenants scared, with one of them having to leave the property the way they came. If I hadn’t been there this could have escalated into the dog biting someone. A complaint email sent to Shaun Walker dated 19/07/22 never even received a reply or acknowledgement - I assume I'm too much of a pleb to be deemed worthy of even a word. All smiles and handshakes for those looking to earn them cash. But watch out if you need to deal with them as a tenant of a property their ruthlessly looking to let. When I come to look for my first purchase in the next couple of years I shall avoid out of principal - people don't forget.
