GoogleIf I could provide 1 stars I would. Unpleasant, rude and unhelpful seller - Maryam Beyzavi. Pushy at times despite being told different information from another sales member, unresponsive to emails despite asking to be informed via email because I was working - as a result I would not recommend any dealings with her of KFH Wimbledon. Other branches have a better understanding of customer service and helping you find a property.

GoogleKFH recently helped me sell my flat. They secured many viewings as soon as the property went on the market, enabling me to accept an offer within 4 days. Throughout the process they were extremely professional, friendly and responsive, and also supported in managing communications up the chain. I would strongly recommend using KFH Wimbledon!

GoogleI have been in chat with Dimitri about a one-bedroom flat just after 10 min they were advertised. He laughed to my face saying that the flat would not be staying at the market for more than 5 min, So I just said “Thanks and goodbye” A few days after he came saying that he was expecting me for viewing I didn’t know I was booked. So I ask to clarify why the flat was still available, but he sneaked out from the point saying that he had two fabulous one-bedroom flats to show me, then 2 min later when I ask to book a viewing of both he told me the flats were not still available. I thought was a prank...

GoogleKFH are managing agents for our mansion block in Putney, the service is the very worse I have ever experienced on every single level! No contact, massive mistakes constantly, staff off sick all the time, could list so much more. If you want a company to manage your block, please don't pick these guys, they are the worse I have dealt with in 30 years, sadly they were not hired by me, if they had of been would be sacked after the first week!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
