Brilliant! Jimmy Carr stood out from the other agents I talked to in terms of his enthusiasm, approach and knowledge of the local market. He gave me excellent advise, a clear understanding of how to achieve the best offers, help with evaluating them and how to swiftly conclude the sale. Everything he said came true and exceeded my expectations. Their marketing exposure beyond just the Wimbledon area delivered my buyers and the wonderful Linda Duffy managed the process in her lovely calm, cheerful mega-efficient way. The entire process took only twelve weeks from start to finish and was super fast, efficient and painless. This was entirely down to the skill, experience and dedication to success of Jimmy and Linda at KFH Wimbledon and I cant recommend them highly enough. Don't put your Wimbledon property on the market without at least speaking to Jimmy first!

This is my first time looking for a property to rent and KFH had made this process so easy. We had Dimitri as our agent and he was lovely, he listened to all of our requirements and negotiated exactly what we were looking for. Our sale was a long and convoluted journey, for a number of reasons outside our control, and I am not sure we would have had the result we have without her support. I have had interactions with many different estate agents and Linda stands out to me as someone who is truly professional, hard-working, and trustworthy. We have recently completed on the sale of our flat. This has been no easy task, as the flat needed quite a bit of work and we have had a succession of messy tenants. KFH have worked hard to ensure we have rarely been without a tenant and have also conducted many viewings over the last few years when we have attempted to sell. The timing has never seemed to be right until this January when we finally landed a buyer. The process was not easy, several issues cropped up along the way, but KFH kept me informed throughout and went above and beyond to help. If I could do less than 1 star I would. Horrendous staff and awful service. KFH actively work against leaseholders and charges them for the ‘pleasure.’ ‘Manages’ a HTB 2022 block of flat but to this date has not disclosed to residents we have the WORST CLADDING. No accountability whatsoever. Unprofessional and no integrity and massive turnover of staff. Their behaviour has been disgusting.

Hi, This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. To anyone who wants to see please find the pictures below, KF&H gave me the keys of my new flat in this condition... I have to remind you Sirs that we are in a pandemic!? I’ve been told by the agent that I’ve should have asked before when I saw the flat to have stuff removed or specifically cleaning!!! My partner and I did the viewing of the flat back in January with the tenants living in during the night wearing masks first myself after my partner in less than 10min I couldn’t touch or open or see properly I couldn’t even talk with the tenants that were living in the flat, I trusted KF&H will properly clean, disinfect and make sure furniture, radiators and in general appliance are in decent condition and clean. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case making our situation even more stressful and difficult we couldn’t actually stayed in the flat as we were a bit afraid because of COVID, it was Saturday. Monday after emails and some calls they told us the professional cleaners will come again on Tuesday, I was myself in the flat I have no words for what I witnessed, the same cloth was used in the toilet was used in the kitchen they didn’t have ladder or stool to reach cupboards, they were stepping on the counters with their shoes on!!! The cleaning last 15min, the agency charged £150 for this service!! Unbelievable. I’m still waiting for the broken furniture, the random stuff like dead plants dirty cutlery and appliances to be removed, the black mold in the bathroom, etc. They called me saying that they are trying to get in contact with the landlord....but how an agency with that prestige can have a flat that is obvious need maintenance in general!?
