GoogleI am very happy with the service I received from KFH estate agents at Wimbledon. The whole process, from valuation, organising viewings around children's schedule, to managing the sale progress was seamless. Linda Duffy at the Wimbledon office was particularly exceptional. She also facilitated our conveyancer and could recommend surveyors and removal company. The service I received was professional, personal and to extremely high standards. I would certainly use their services again.

GoogleMany thanks for all your work regarding the sale of my leasehold and freehold interest in my flat in SW19. It seems to be rather unusual to hold the freehold of a building and simultaneously be the leaseholder of one of the two flats in it. As you know, I had had to withdraw the instructions from my existing agent and solicitor due to their inaction. To deal with the legal aspects of the sale you recommended McCarthy Webb Solicitors to me and I was immediately impressed by their confident reassurances. From my perspective KFH and McCarthy Webb then performed a very effective double act. You achieved early viewings and an offer whilst McCarthy Webb dealt effectively with what until then appeared to be an insoluble problem. Although the process has taken some time, I have never had any doubt that the sale would be concluded by the deadline required. I have no hesitation in recommending KFH to other people contemplating a property sale and the relationship you have built with an equally effective firm of solicitors.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBeing a first time buyer, and maybe a bit pedantic, we always felt warmly welcomed and set at ease by the very professional and specialized service of KFH, and more so from Linda Duffy and Jimmy Carr. We exchanged in just under 7 weeks and the team did a phenomenal job of making all the pieces come together. We are forever grateful for the full effort everyone put in from KFH and the excellent support we received. Thank you!

GoogleKFH did an amazing job selling our house over the asking price and during unprecedented financial turmoil(infamous mini-budget). We had a massive setback due to missing structural paperwork which would have 100% broken the chain if it wasn't for Jimmy Carr. Whoever predicted the death of the high street estate agent couldn't have got it more wrong!

GoogleGeorge helped us find a place to rent in South Wimbledon. He was outstanding, very patient and showed us round to quite a few properties over a span of a few weeks. We finally managed to find a great place and have just moved in. We signed up to a number of estate agents in the area when we were looking and KFH were the best. I'd still recommend signing up to a few agents as it all depends on what properties they have available.
