GoogleRare that you're left with a positive impression of an estate agent but Johns have done well. We brilliantly planned things so we had to renew a tenancy in October 2022 which could have gone badly. However we agreed a - unwelcome but sensible - rent increase, signed everything and are sorted all by email in a few weeks. Duncan was very responsive and sensible.

I used Johns&Co to let out my property. My tenants moved out over a month ago and they haven’t bothered to return the ‘float’ of money for repairs. I have phoned over a dozen times and been promised a call back but to date I haven’t received a single call back or the several hundred pounds they owe me. Very poor service.

I deal with many companies, but it’s rare to find such helpful employees like Victoria and Cynthia. I ask a lot of questions, and they always respond with happiness. I even repeat the same question three times, and they answer with joy and kindness every time. I had many housing options in the same area, but I chose to stay here because of how they treated me.
