Great service, even greater agent!

Tia Morrissey was incredibly helpful throughout the whole rental process. Even when an issue with a third party complicated things, she stayed on top of everything and followed up with the landlord multiple times to keep things moving. Thanks to her, I was able to move my belongings in and get everything sorted with the landlord in time. She made a stressful situation much easier and helped the process run as smoothly and quickly as possible. I really appreciated her support and would highly recommend her!

Great experience so far!

I've worked with Candice and Owen from the NPW branch to list and let my flat, and I must say I've been very impressed so far. Throughout the process, their communications and strategic insight were genuinely top notch. It's obvious they know what they're doing and they keep each other, and us, in the loop, without spamming us with meaningless requests. I've worked with 2 other agencies in the past, and their level of service was often sub par, and far below the one I've received here. I'm hoping that Johns&Co proves to be as good at managing the property as they were at helping me let it. Fingers crossed :).
