When choosing a smaller company to deal with, you hope for a more personal touch. Unfortunately that didn't transpire for me, finding myself having to be the pro-active one; requesting views on Rightmove reports, feedback trends, next steps etc. My experience may have been unique and ultimately, once Marcel (the owner) is involved, things will move and he will get you a good price. For this reason, my experience means I personally wouldn't recommend.

The Rochills team is great. I had met four of them from the team and they have all been very very responsive, kind and patient. Liz, Callum, Craig and Marcel. I have been looking for a home for half a year now and I am grateful for their patience. They are always keen to answer any questions one may have regarding a property and are very helpful. Always get back to you the next day! I would like to add that I find their initiative of free printing for local school children just shows how thoughtful and kind the company is. We don't have a printer at home and did struggle to find a friend to print off a piece of music for my son's homework. This is a very kind hearted act. Lovely team. We were lucky enough to have Rochills not only manage our house as we rented it for 2 years, but when we came to sell it was sold for asking price within a week! The staff are professional, extremely knowledgable and so very supportive. We had no difficulties as Landlords because Rochills had any problem solved so quickly. We have had dealings with Rochills for many years starting from when I was a novice in the property business and had the good luck to discover this family business which was so helpful to me back then and is still giving me excellent advice and service with my letting problems. The Lettings Manager, Paul Whittaker, has been particularly helpful with our recent vacant property and has put in tireless efforts to get it let for us and at the rental we were hoping for; his efforts have been backed up by Sharon and Sascha and Sarah working on the organisational side in the background and the result is a highly satisfied landlord and an equally satisfied tenant. I have found them very professional and motivated to achieve the best for their client. I sold my property through them and found their marketing of my property beyond reproach. They utilised every marketing media to publicise my property. They gave weekly updates and most crucially sound advice on the steps needed to sell my property. I had it previously with another estate agent and had nothing for the three months it was on the market with them. I switched to Rochills and inside three days had two viewings and after six weeks a sale. Their staff are very friendly and reassuring and the relationship is more that of friends rather than client and provider.

Disappointing. After agreeing on a property to rent, and making the payment of the "Holding Fees", they tell us that someone else is interested and has offered more for the property, leaving us aside without even giving us the opportunity to do so. a counter offer. They returned our money but we still don't have a house to live in. Dissapointing. After agreeing to a property to rent and transferring the money from the holding deposit, they tell us that another couple offers a higher bid without considering us. Even though our money was returned, and they say the situation is the landlords fault, we have not got a house yet. Lotsagarria.
