GoogleI bought a property that they listed (found it via Rightmove, I think). They were very responsive and helpful from the point offers started being made and onward. The agents that showed the property were not the main agent responsible for the property and weren't as knowledgeable as they could have been about it, but we did go for the viewings on weekends.

TrustpilotDon't use them based on face value
We have been dealing with this agent through the sale of the property in Hersham. For face value they are great but once dealing with them we have found them to be only interested in their own personal gain not anyone else's which has made the process very challenging and letting many down in the meantime. Unfortunately this has made me come to this conclusion; I do not recommend using this company if you are looking to sell in an honest and respectful way.

GoogleThe team that dealt with our house purchase were great, they gave us plenty of time and space to view the property multiple times, help guide through the negotiations and were always at the end of the phone when we had questions. The only downsides were on two occasions the wrong keys were brought to open up.
