GoogleWe've experienced Rochills lettings team from both sides, having been tenants for a Rochills managed property for three years and then a few years later finding ourselves as "accidental landlords" they managed our property while we were absent. In both cases they were excellent. Faults and maintenance were dealt with promptly and professionally. Would no hesitation in renting a property they managed, or trusting them to look after another property of mine.

YellOur Property left Unlocked 3 Times, Botched Rightmove re-listing, Agent removed, Property Ombudsman
Sold our home with Rochills, exhausted Complaints Process, forced to take Rochills through the Ombudsman over last year. Rochills made a desperate eleventh hour goodwill offer via Ombudsman, then failed to pay by deadline. Insult to injury. Choose Rochills for: Agent Leaving property unlocked on 3 separate viewings - Owner admitted Agent known for it! Botched Rightmove re-listing - no email alerts and remain bottom of the Rightmove searches. Forcibly removing a poor Agent from handling property sale. Poor comms, owner twice forced to reprimand staff. Husband/Wife team - no impartial second viewpoint, should you need to complain. Owner says things to the Ombudsman that the Ombudsman found inaccurate. Owner tells Ombudsman he was “naturally surprised to receive their complaint” despite full knowledge of Customer experience above... viewpoint beyond delusional. Owner that after torrid Customer Experience reneges on prior promise to review Commission.

GoogleIf I could put less I would, called to enquirer about a rental property I did not even get a call back to tell me that they had filled there quota of offers, to then be spoken to like I was bothering the woman and wasting her time! I do understand the rental market is busy and demanding but to not even be called back or to ask if I wanted to be kept in touch about future property's is very unprofessional and just plane rude

GoogleI have purchased two properties through Rochills and found them to be extremely professional. Both Craig and Callum ensured that the conveyancing process was as stress free as possible. I now have four investment properties and they are being let through the lettings department of Rochills. The ladies there, Jemima, Sharon & Sacha, have worked tirelessly to ensure that the best tenants have been found for my properties. Sarah continues to ensure that rents are collected on a monthly basis and I would thoroughly recommend Rochills for buying, selling or renting your property.

GoogleRochills were great to work with. They were very professional and had excellent and regular communications primarily via a WhatsApp group chat with gentle reminders to ensure everything kept on track. They also did not hesitate to let us have a 2nd viewing of the property to show our immediate family where we have been interested. Their Estate agent is located in Walton on Thames town. With with a 30 minute free parking on the side roads. Special shout-out to Craig and the rest of the team for their support throughout. I would highly recommend and come back to them. GoogleVery good customer service, Sharon Ghirardani helped me advertise my property out and provided excellent support with sorting out all the paperwork that went into it. If it weren't for Sharon I would still be struggling to find tenants to rent out my property to. I can safely say that I would highly recommend contacting Rochills for their very organised and hardworking staff if you are in a similar situation.
