Michaela is great! Me and my Fiancee are first time buyers and she was very friendly and helpful, showed us around 2 properties and was very knowledgable, always on time and answered all of our questions. She was in regular contact updating us with new properties that become available and really understood what types of properties we were interested in. We have now found a property with another local agent but will be keeping in touch for the future. Would highly recommend!

Rochills have been a great letting agents so far for me and I would recommend them. The paperwork was all done seamlessly, and I liked the use of the online interface to assist the process. In particular, I'd like to note that Jonathan is so helpful and goes above and beyond to sort issues out as fast as possible. All the issues that I noted on first moving into the property were fixed within 2/3 weeks of the move. In addition, Jonathan actually came round to the property himself to investigate the issues and see if he could fix anything himself and thus make the fixing process faster for me. I really like the property and the continual support that the letting agents have given through the first month of living here. The only negatives I have to note are the fact that the professional clean was not done before I moved in, instead it was done the day after I moved in, around all my things and my family who were staying over to help with the move. This was a slight inconvenience and left me a little worried on the first day. Additionally, I would like a little more clarity on the 'reporting of issues' process. I feel as though I was 'told off' almost for not using it properly by the property management department so would like to be shown how I should report issues going forward to avoid any further confusion.

As an experienced landlord and seller (who has let and sold several properties ) I have had to liaise with many estate agents and therefore feel able to judge an estate agency . Rochills who are based in Walton on thames are without doubt the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. They have found me suitable tenants and their attention to detail gave me confidence in their advice given when selecting a suitable tenant. Furthermore their processes are an example to the industry and sets the standards which others in the industry need to learn from. The staff are knowledgable and friendly . They fully understand the needs of everyone concerned in the transaction. When I sold my properties they provided me with new ideas about how to achieve a premium price which they delivered . Furthermore I have met with several of buyers who purchased my properties and they had the same experience as myself. They seem to understand the full transaction and make sure the chain is managed correctly . Communications is not only timely but constructive and useful . He has a great ability to take first time buyers step by step; we always felt in control of what we needed to do but never overwhelmed. He was always attentive and quick to respond when we needed him. Joe and Roberto were fantastic with viewings, often coming out after work hours to fit our schedule and accommodated multiple visits to properties so we could involve our families ! Absolute charlatans. Changed our check-out report when they discovered we cleaned the property ourselves, it magically went from "appears professionally cleaned" to "requires cleaning at the tenants expense". They also tried charging us for things clearly shown on the check-in report, they obviously haven't discovered cross-referencing yet. Sarah managed to copy in a random person into our confidential email chain when we were trying to resolve the matter as she saw a similar name to my partner's and thought; "good enough". Do not trust this fraudulent agency with your money, hopefully TDS will knock some sense into them.
