I know Stuart Benson for more than 10 years. First we met he sold our first house and now its second time he did it again. Thank you very much. 2 houses in 10 years what is coming next.

A fabulous independent estate agent in Walton-on-Thames. When my sale hit a bump in the road, Stuart and his team were amazing in their enthusiastic commitment to smoothing out the issues I had and the sale was completed. I would recommend anyone selling a property in the local area to use this estate agent. Thank you Stuart and your wonderful team.

Stuart at Arthur Samuel was so helpful during our property purchase, I couldn't recommend him and the company enough. Stuart took the time to help in so many ways, aiding communication between seller and ourselves, chasing to get the sale complete quickly, and calling to update us on the progress. We will definitely be using them again when it comes to selling!

We are selling our house through them, I would say it's a very good agency the staff has helped us a long the way, giving advice and always being very supportive especially after losing the first buyers, the house went back on the market and we are hoping to exchange contracts soon.

Arthur Samuel’s Estate Agents

Stuart at Arthur Samuel’s has been involved with the buying/selling of three properties for myself and other members of my family. Each time he has ensured the process has run smoothly, dealt with any of the inevitable bumps that have cropped up at certain times, liaised with both sides and the solicitors to take all the pressure off of us when buying or selling. He has always given that little bit extra. He is a genuinely decent bloke and I will use him again if or when I move again.
