I can not recommend Arthur Samuel Estate Agents enough! They have been fantastic. We had been stuck on the market with another agent for 3 months previously with little interest. I contacted Arthur Samuel and that day James came round. The following day he came and took photos, he took his time and put together a really smart brochure. Within days we had 3 viewings over 2 weeks we had 6 and we had sold! We were thrilled. The worked around us with viewings (as we have small children) they also have extended opening hours. They work incredibly hard and really add the personal touch. Both Stuart and James were in always in contact with both myself and my husband and nothing was too much trouble. We have been so so happy with Arthur Samuel that I dont think we would ever go with another estate agent again and I would only recommend Arthur Samuel to friends and family. They made the whole process of selling a property as stress free as it can be.

I used Arthur Samuel to sell my bungalow. Having not moved for some 28 years both Marc and Stuart were extremely helpful in assisting me navigate the buying, selling and moving process. They provided excellent advice, worked hard to achieve a timely sale, that allowed my purchase to go ahead. Marc guided me through the whole process and kept on top of what needed doing and when, ensuring the purchase and sell maintained momentum. I had full confidence with both Marc and Stuart. We viewed a house with Arthur Samuels and an agent called back asking for feedback. Tried to give some solid feedback which he already kept interrupting in a rude manner, and when I said “the house was just not for us” he hung up right away. I was taking the time to call back and provide the requested feedback - which shouldn’t be asked for if you don’t want to hear it. Do not work with them. In response to the message of Stuart (which again shows nothing but rudeness and the incompetence to listen): I in no way asked to have the price reduced by 150k. I mentioned the house needed too much work and you would not get that money back even if the house would be in great state. Hence not for us. Calling someone a “time waster” for giving requested and honest feedback is disrespectful, unprofessional and ridiculous. To both sellers and buyers: DO NOT WORK with this agency if you want to be treated respectfully and if you don’t want any potential buyers to be scared off by your agent.
