There were delays and moments where things felt uncertain, but Stuart was always there as a reliable bridge between me and the seller. He handled everything in a calm, balanced, and professional way, making sure both sides were supported and informed. Honestly, without his patience and reassurance, I might have pulled out much earlier due to the long and slow process. That’s how much of a difference he made. We recently used Arthur Samuel Estate Agents to sell my late father's house in Chertsey (Stuart Benson). Stuart is highly professional, from the quality of the initial brochure produced, chasing up solicitors, and in his dealings with us. Stuart was by far the most friendly and best estate agent I met (4 in total) and I would highly recommend him if selling your property. Our house was viewed half a dozen times in the first week, and a sale was agreed after just 6 days. Stuart is a really nice guy and I will not hesitate to use his services again. Arthur Samuels took on the sale of our property in Shepperton. From start to finish Stuart was a pleasure to work with. He was dedicated to our sale and always made the time to answer the phone or meet with us throughout the process. We had an unfortunate set back when one of our buyers pulled out the week of exchange (as they changed their minds about location - nothing Stuart could've done about this). Stuart handled this really well for us, arranging new viewings in record time and was able to find another buyer within 1 week; we ended up exchanging almost 1 month after the previous buyer had pulled out which is very quick. Overall an excellent service and Stuart is a very nice guy to work with (always doing his best to help and give sound advice) - would absolutely recommend Arthur Samuels to anyone.

I recently moved into a property in Walton-on-Thames and would like to share my experience with Arthur Samuel Estate Agent. When I first visited the house, we were very disappointed. The property was not clean, the bathrooms were in poor condition, and there were several issues throughout the house, including patchwork on the walls and untidiness in the sitting room. It did not feel welcoming at all. However, after I raised my concerns, Stuart Benson from Arthur Samuel Estate Agent responded immediately and handled everything professionally with his team. When we returned for the second visit, we were genuinely impressed. The house had been professionally cleaned, the master bedroom shower was replaced with a new mixer, and the main bathroom was spotless. The whole property looked fresh, tidy, and in excellent condition. It felt completely transformed. I truly appreciate the quick action, professionalism, and commitment to resolving the issues. We had had the joy of being tenants through Arthur samuel. And all I can say is that we are so regretful, from start to finish the only word I can think of when I think about Arthur Samuel is disgraceful. Extremely poor service, shocking professionalism and lack of communication. Thankfully we have now left the property! Unfortunately we are now being accused of heavy damages. Which were identified by us and shown when we checked into the property. These were also stated as ‘clean’ when the check out inventory was carried out. But because Arthur Samuel failed to look after the property, it seems their new tenants are unhappy with the state. I would be very careful when choosing Arthur Samuel as your chosen estate agents. The unprofessionalism shown while we lived in the property was utterly shocking. Such as, Emails ended in ‘ty’ instead of thank you. Posting their personal political content on a phone number which they use for professional use. The lack of care shown for the property or the tenants. The lack of effort or accountability taken, when told the property needs many improvements. When moving in the property had many issues. Over the time we were in the property, Little to none of these were resolved. When showing new tenants around to view the property. The letting agent had no idea about the property, and had to ask me whether it was a furnished or unfurnished property. Hopefully this review saves someone from using this dreadful estate agents.

They dealt with a difficult situation with the owner and smoothed things over, enabling me to complete at my requested date. Even the lady who initially showed us around the house when we viewed it was lovely!
