GoogleWe have now sold two properties with Arthur Samuel both out of their area in Bedfordshire. Stuart was very helpful, providing regular updates. He even helped us in managing our poor and very slow solicitor. Stuarts help really did speed up our sale. I really would recommend Stuart and his team to anyone, even if you are not in the local area.

GoogleStuart at Arthur Samuel is very friendly, most helpful and most importantly got the job done. We were selling our property in 2023 and we were having trouble selling as the market had changed a little since we first went to market. We eventually succumbed to pressure from other estate agents and jointly instructed a ‘high street agency’ in the fear that we had made a mistake by instructing Stuart at Arthur Samuel. Stuart by FAR outperformed the high street agent in every department (getting viewings, offers & marketing) - we couldn’t recommend enough. You won’t be disappointed.

GoogleWe've used Arthur Samuel recently to rent out our flat. We had Stuart as our agent and we could not have been happier. I always thought the process of renting and finding the right tenants would be something very stressful, but he made the whole experience very easy for us and found us great tenants. Throughout the process he was very friendly, professional, super efficient with everything and always responded to us very quickly on messages and calls. Highly recommend Arthur Samuel's services.

GoogleAs a landlord I need troublefree and reliable tenants. Also expect agency to be reliable and providing timely service. Stuart found professional tenants and provided reliable management service at a reasonable fee for the last few months. He is on top of various deadlines for gas safety certificate etc and provides timely updates. Highly recommend.

GoogleIf you are looking for a reliable and professional estate agency with a very competitive fee then look no further than Arthur Samuel in Walton upon Thames. Having engaged the services of some of the larger estate agencies over the years and then being disappointed after they consistently failed to meet their initial undertakings it’s an unexpected pleasure to actually find an agency that we can thoroughly recommend. The initial valuation of our property was conducted in a calm, measured and realistic approach by Stuart and James. The valuation given by them was realistic and proportionate to market conditions at the time as opposed to several other valuations that were higher but obviously not achievable. Having decided to engage their services we were immediately contacted by James who arranged and undertook the majority of accompanied viewings. We were under offer in less than a month that ultimately resulted in the sale of our property. My wife and I were well informed throughout the whole process by both Stuart and James who actively ensured that all involved parties (solicitors/surveyors/purchasers/agents) responded to enquiries etc. in a timely manner. In conclusion, we would like to thank Stuart and James for their dedication and effort given to the sale of our property and wish them every success in the future.

GoogleIt's very clear why Arthur Samuel Estate agents are not a market leader. A frustrating experience from start to finish. Very hard to get hold of, (barely anyone in the office) with telephone tag being a constant feature of their communication alongside a very aggressive sales approach. Lies, deceit and cover up's all round with inconsistent information being communicated leaving a very sour taste during the process. I will not be recommending Arthur Samuel to anyone and will certainly not be using when coming to sell. Avoid.
