GoogleThis agent is in my opinion poor. We rented a property through them and gave full disclosure about our occupation as childminders at the start of proceedings, our offer was accepted and we signed the contract and paid all monies required straight away. We gave notice at our current home, looking forward to our new home. 8 Days before we were due to move in Stuart contacted us saying the tenancy will not go ahead because he wasn't aware that as childminders we would be working from home. Sounds a bit thin... Anyway it looks like we will be homeless because our landlord isn't sure she wants to let us stay.

GoogleI would highly recommend Arthur Samuel estate agents! They were friendly and always on call to answer my endless questions about selling my property. They achieved more than asking price and dealt with all buyer inquiries in a timely manner and very efficiently. Their agent James, has an in depth knowledge on the current market and thus we were able attract buyers and ultimately sell our house as for the price we wanted and as quickly as possible. Thank you!! would highly recommend and will be using again for future house sales.

A refreshing change from the usual estate agents out there. Arthur Samuel stand out head and shoulders above the others, and rightly too. GoogleWe bought our first house via Arthur Samuel and would definitely recommend them. Our main contact, Stuart, was easy to contact and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. I felt that he was acting fairly for both ourselves and the sellers and did a great job of acting as go between us and our solicitors. We will certainly look to use Arthur Samuel the next time we move.

GoogleStuart and Marc have been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout a very stressful time for us. Moving into another rented accomodation where there were a few teething problems with the house they did everything they could to help this go smoothly and help us in any way they could. Would definately recommend Arthur Samuel Estate Agents :)
